I had the worst experience of my life visiting this store. The reason for my visit was to exchange two items I had purchased online. As I entered the store no one greeted me or paid any attention to me. I selected a few blouses and picked them up to pay. A store employee came running toward me and yelled at me to cover my nose with my scarf, which I was using to cover my face. I said no I cannot cover my nose, as my glasses get so foggy that I am unable to see. I told her I just want to quickly exchange these two items, but she refused. She was so loud at the counter and told me she will not serve me. She screamed Get out of the store" at the top of her lungs

This Melanie Lyne is located in Grandview Corners. My wife just loves this store, the friendly staff, and the fashion clothing from some top Canadian and American designers. The staff know us and said to me the other day, they had to remove the man chair" because of the new regulations. No problem. Thanks for the great store. This store is not in the Shops at Morgan Creek area."

Very very rude customer service. The lady was extremely aggressively asking if I had been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID. NO or I wouldn't have left my house.I will never shop here again, very rude employees.

My 87 year old Mother went to Melanie Lyne in Tsawwassen and found a beautiful outfit for a wedding we were at. She couldn’t find anything anywhere. She loved your store. Those giving poor reviews because of Trump are just foolish. I can’t wait to check out your store.

The rude saleswoman would not stop yelling at me for not fully covering my nose with a face covering, which I lowered because it was fogging my glasses and could not see. The saleswoman was speaking to me in an obvious condescending manor, in which I sensed a racist undertone. She did not offer any accommodation to serve me curbside or anything. I have never witnessed such degrading behavior in my life and will never shop here again.
