Shoppers Drug Mart
I've called the store manager a couple of times to file a complaint but he isn't bothered to return my call. I'm writing my complaint here about the cashier Prity. She was very rude when I came to the store for a refund which was confirmed to me over the phone by Shoppers drug mart. She said she doesn't care if I'm a long term customer there, and I should be careful with my own purchase...the only thing I should be careful is never shop at Shoppers Drug Mart again! Even I called shoppers drug mart contact number, the lady confirmed to her again over the phone. She still refused the refund request and just walked away!

Ive been on hold for pharmacy for 20 minutes and counting, and this is a constant occurance from my experience as a client here for the last 3 years. Not staffing for the need/demand isnt right. So sick of greed and pocketing money and letting the service/customer suffer. You've lost my business, and many hours of my life ive spent on hold, I'll never get back . Do better shoppers, your a massive company

One of the women who works in the cosmetics section is very rude. She was talking to another employee. I was going to look around and went self-check out for pay what I needed. Suddenly she treated me as a thief for no other reason, and called me up loudly, and told me to put down everything in my hand. It's polite to ask Excuse me" when you ask someone else something. I don't know why she was 100% sure I was a thief. Of course I didn't steal anything. She seems to have no manners or attitudes at all. Or she thinks all Asians are thieves. It was a very unpleasant experience."

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Shoppers Drug Mart, Yonge and CollegeI am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the beauty section advisor at Shoppers Drug Mart located at Yonge and College (465 Yonge St, Toronto). As a regular customer who spends a significant amount of money on skin care and fragrance products, I expected a certain level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the advisor left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.During my last visit to the store, I inadvertently left behind a shopping bag containing hair products that I had purchased from another store. Realizing my mistake, I promptly called the store to inform them and asked if they could hold the bag for me to pick up later. I was assured that they would keep it aside. On June 25th, around 5:30 pm, I visited the store to both shop and retrieve my forgotten bag. I was attended to by a young lady who was wearing a hijab. From the moment I approached her, it was evident that she had a dismissive and rude attitude towards me. Despite my efforts to remain polite and respectful, she seemed disinterested and did not provide any assistance or empathy. What made this experience even more disappointing was the stark contrast between her behavior and that of the other staff members at the location. The rest of the team was exceptionally helpful and kind, always going above and beyond to assist customers. However, this particular advisor's negative attitude completely marred my shopping experience at this otherwise pleasant establishment. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to highlight such instances so that corrective action can be taken. Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, especially in the beauty industry, where personal interactions and recommendations play a significant role. The lack of professionalism exhibited by this advisor is not only detrimental to the store's reputation but also reflects poorly on the entire team.I hope that Shoppers Drug Mart management will take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly. As a valued customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. I sincerely hope that my future experiences at this location will not be marred by such discourteous behavior. In conclusion, my recent encounter with the beauty section advisor at Shoppers Drug Mart, Yonge and College, was extremely disappointing. Her rude and careless attitude overshadowed the overall positive experience I have had at this location in the past. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

This SDM is understocked usually on many food items and other products. Also, it is not v clean and orderly. Good thing about it is that it is open 24 hours and Florence, a customer supervisor, is nice and helpful.

Literally the worst shoppers location in Toronto. I went there to buy a dior perfume and needed help picking right fragrance from the shelf, since it seemed quite puzzling. The lady with grey hair from the cosmetics section “helped me” getting the fragrance I choose from the shelve. However, she gave me the wrong one! I came back the next day to exchange it for the right one. But this same very rude representative told me it was my fault that i picked the wrong perfume! I told her the one i wanted and she gave me a different one. She also told me I was not allowed to exchange it and that its final sale after she’s the one that gave me the WRONG box, and I hadn’t even opened it. She was incredibly rude and her colleagues were just laughing. I would expect a better customer service for a $200 perfume thats not even the one i asked for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOPPERS!

Shoppers is a store not only for medicines and vitamins, but it can be considered a small supermarket. There are a variety of products that you can need in your work, during your exit, or at home. Most of the time there are discounts and offers on products

Pretty big Shoppers Drug Mart location. Wife and I went in to see if they had a couple of cosmetic thingamajigs my wife found online on the Shoppers Drug Mart website. Big no to both items. Well… at least the person helping us knew right away they didn’t have those items in stock. I guess we’ll just buy them online when we have more things to purchase (for free shipping).

You cannot purchased any cold/flu products at this location… no stock for weeks. And, if you try and call, the pharmacist it takes 15 minutes to get through, and then the pharmacist explains that he has no control over the stock floor. Crazy.

At this point, I'm pretty sure shoppers drugmart management directs its security staff to specifically follow Black male patrons. It's a very odd experience because majority of time I visit this location is when I'm on lunch break and in full hospital attire.I'd sometimes see homeless people walking around, panhandling inside, but I'm the one being followed. Very bizarre. It's like security is more concerned with profiling than loss prevention.
