In March I needed my front brakes replaced. I called Dylan and he got me in within two days. I took my car in at 8am and the repairs were done by 10:30am. It was so refreshing to find an auto repair shop that is so honest, efficient and courteous as Mount Pleasant Auto Service. Thanks to Dylan, David and staff.

I visited Mount pleasant because of the online reviews about it being a genuine and HONEST mechanic workshop and I was not disappointed!For about a week, I was smelling fuel inside my car while driving. I called mount pleasant on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment on Friday. After diagnosis, Dylan informed me that i had a bad oil leak and went over the cost and the worst case scenario.They fixed the oil leak and shampooed my engine and didn’t include any extra or unnecessary repair cost - which is hard to come by this days.I already recommended this workshop to my brother and will also recommend this to anyone looking for a HONEST and GREAT workshop!

Dylan and his team do a great job with our vehicles. We’ve had mechanical work done and always use the drive in oil change. The prices are good and the work has always been first class. There is no up-selling in the oil change area and they’re always accessible

Really glad I took my civic here! I experienced suspension issues that started with some questionable noises so I decided to give this shop a try based on recommendations from friends. They got my car in right away for diagnostics (and actually charged me less for that service than what they initially quoted me).After chatting with them about the issues I brought my car in again to have the front wheel bearing replaced as well as the lower control arm bushings. Got my car back the same day and now it drives like new! No more noises! Will definitely be coming back here for all of my future car needs. Thanks again guys!

They are very easy to deal with, friendly, courteous. They are very honest in their assessments on what work needs done and if it is not required they let you know and why. I never feel over sold. They communicate on all work being done and give recommendations on what can wait and what shouldn't. They are also efficient and get the work done quickly. Highly recommended.

Not only is the service great and efficient but the staff is incredibly kind. Dylan is the best he always me seriously and is always happy to explain what’s going on. He’s honest about what work NEEDS to be done and is practical which I appreciate. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else :)
