Excellent service. I often find smaller town businesses to be better at providing great, personable customer service and this is definitely one of them. The yard person was extremely helpful and cared about the product he was providing and they way that he loaded it onto my trailer.

Had something I needed and could not find anywhere else.

I used Rimbey to build a cabin and it was an experience that I will never forget from start to finish.First of all, the front line people are excellent, professional, and pleasant to deal with. No complaints there.It's when their sales people and management get involved that things go sideways. At first, their sales person was responsive and very helpful with getting a supplies list together. As soon as they had my deposit, it turned into radio silence with little to no responses to emails, texts, or voicemails. Then orders started getting messed up. Siding, windows, half loads of material, etc. I made multiple 2 hour trips to Rimbey with my own trailer to get stuff they had forgotten just to keep my contractor moving. Then zero ownership from the sales gent and I have the texts proving it.Lastly, when it came to my final delivery after a nightmare to date, one of the owners decided to call me and tell me that my delivery now had a $500 charge ($3.16 per kilometer one way), and that my scheduled delivery date was no longer going to happen (with no date in the future given either). Oh I also had to pay first despite there being no issues on my end with Rimbey getting paid throughout the project. So I went to Rimbey again and hauled it myself with 2 trips with my trailer. Con artists if you ask me.OK folks, at the end of the day, Rimbey did provide the lowest cost for material, but the lost time that I ended up paying my contractor for let alone the trips I made in myself because of their errors more than made up for the savings. So save yourself time, money, and stress by shopping anywhere other than this second rate racket.I'm willing to provide all the details and proof of this experience to anyone so feel free to contact me and it's all yours.

All around a great buying experience. The driver (Craig) who delivered our outbuilding was the epitome of phenomenal customer service! Will definitely be back.
