I had an excellent experience. I needed emergency fixing for my car and i was given immediate attention. The customer service was amazing especially the lady at the service desk very efficient and kept me updated. I really appreciated their service. Very reliable. I have been a long term customer there and will continue.

Came here for an oil change and a battery diagnosis. They took great care of me and got me in on short notice. Very helpful staff and nice facility. Will be back!

I will never go to this dealership again and will never recommend to anyone. They did diagnostics of my transmission and said it needs to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty, even though I had a valid power train warranty for this car. After debating with them on phone and my call to another dealership, where I bought the car, they agreed to open a tech-line case and replace the transmission under warranty within 2 weeks (I talked to service advisor Nancy and service manager Ken). After holding my car for almost 10 days they ended up saying it was a wiring issue, not the transmission, and even wanted to charge me almost $300 for the transmission diagnostics and fixing the wiring issue"

Attention! Attention! Don't let this shop rip you off if you are not familiar with car oil change services. One of my acquaintances was charged $85 for just an oil change and was asked to come back every two months. Come on, what kind of oil do you use that is so expensive and doesn't last long?

I've a Mitsubishi owner since 2012 and I've never experienced any kind of service like Nancy. She was my service advisor, who was very professional and went above and beyond to show me the service required with an explanation by taking a photo on her phone to show me. I really appreciate that, because she's not just trying to sell me more than what I need but showing me the photo of it and an explanation with the pricing breakdown to help me understand. She also provided me with the maintenance schedule booklet, which I've never received. A very good reference for my future servicing. Nancy, you're amazing! Thanks for welcoming me with open arms and checking in on me during my stay. Keep up the excellent work you do! Definitely coming back to Mitsubishi to get my services with Nancy and recommending my family and friends to you.
