I was shopping today and found a seasonal item for 7.98$ brought it to cash and they said it was 44.98$. The supervisor went to look and and clearly the product was all the same the the price marked was 7.98$.They said you have to look at the product tags and that the prices shown in front of the product are not correct. So I said your prices in front of products at Walmart are not the correct prices and they said yes! “Thats Walmart “I was extremely frustrated. The seasonal manager even walked away from me.I’ve worked in retail that’s not how you display products and not how you treat your customers.

After great help from 2 other employees, sadly the hag they have in checkout after breathing over mine and my wife's shoulder accused us of stealing diapers.... Demanded out receipt to let us leave, needless to say she learnt that we don't fold and she was told to back off, after out of a rage printed out receipt again and saw as we claimed, paid for diapers...... What kind of stereotypeing employees is Walmart happy to hire now? Imagine how this lady treats people of colour???? Disgusting.

I would hardly call this location a supercenter.Go visit the ones in Calgary, or Kalispell, now those are supercenters.Very little stock at this location. Lots of holes on the shelves & very tight isles. Some employees are lacking hygiene.My meat purchase somehow triggered the alarms, making me think if the chip is embedded in the meat somewhere??Sadly, this is the only major department store in the Cranbrook area, besides the superstore.

Not good. Get things, because they are on sale, Walmart prices have gotten ridiculous. Then go to ring things in and items don’t come up as sales prices. Total scam. Also half the things don’t have prices on them. Not like it would matter, because most items don’t ring up correctly anyways.Half of self serve workers are terrible , rude and have zero customer service skills.I put my dollar coin in to get a cart but it never gave it back, aren’t the carts suppose to return coin after you put it back? If not a $1 to use a cart Walmart has gotten greedy and shady AF!Very rarely a good experience shopping at this Walmart now.

I stop at walmart to try and do some Christmas shopping. As I walk in first set of doors, there is Salvation Army grinding for donations, whom I already donated too when they first started collecting. Then I walk through second door and there is an employee grinding for donations to some other charity. Then when I pay at till its asking me for a donation. Like enough is enough. Other than the overload of people/organizations trying to grind me for money my experience at Walmart was mediocre. They do need to educate staff on personal hygiene, 3 times I have been there and the 3 times the same employee had pretty bad b.o. I could smell it from half an aisle away.

They invested in so much security technology due to the rising prices. But they couldn't spend the same money to simply lower the prices to help struggling local families afford food.Greed will be the downfall of our society and this place feels like some sort of dystopian nightmare when I walk through it. Happiness does not live here. Sad!

It's one of the pathetic experiences once again.Very rude and lack of knowledge staff.Specifically the customer care person was so rude and careless that they just don't like you and they are doing great favour to sell you their products and services.I never experienced such a pathetic experience ever with any store in the retail industry.I am really surprised why people visit such a rude and unwelcomed store????

Don’t come here for groceries ! They have a random selection of items and hardly ever can finish my whole shopping trip here. End up going to a different store to get half the stuff cause they don’t have it. Lame ! They don’t even have cabbage ! What kind of produce section doesn’t have something like that ? Definitely not a true supercenter. I do come for household items tho and usually can find those.
