I used Jim In the past and currently on a couple rentals. The first time I used him was because another company was gauging me in pricing and even after the first time they did the work nothing was done. I found Jim through a contact and he didn’t everything right and was priced super well and he goes above and beyond what he has to do. He honestly did me a solid before and this year right now. Him and his wife do amazing work and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely and high recommend using him for anything you have going on in your home or rentals. I can say I trust the work he does and he is priced fair and not looking to rip you off and gets the job done asap for you and efficiently

Very professional and tenant friendly. Excellent at educating tenants about the problem and gives everyone involved a plan of action. Yes it does take effort from the client or tenants to do their part so all of Jim's treatment methods can have the optimal effect. Great rates and great at following up. Definitely recommend him for any pest issues.

I found this business on Kijiji about 4-5 years ago, and Jim was very friendly, professional and helped us with our pest program completely, that I never worry about it again. Overall, he was very pleasant and I never had to phone for his services again, which I'm thankful for.Fast forward to today, I called Jim a few days ago saying I was a past happy customer requesting his services for one of my families that I work with. I explained payment was coming from my work organization and may take some time, and he said he wasn't worried about that and agreed to treat the family's home.When he knew I was a previous customer he began asking what address I lived at that he treated (my personal address). Jim was very efficient and reliable. Took the time to review the process and answered all of the questions I had. The problem was 100% resolved at my rental property as a result.

This guys look like a scammers. I called them for mouse extermination , the guy came to the house left his two of mouse traps and never picked up the call after that. Not professional at all . The good reviews on his page are because this guy request the customer after that to put a google review. Dont look at his other google reviews .

Jim was a fabulous help to my situation.He came in and in short order explain to me what I need to do and change in my house to prevent mice.I feel confident that he will be able to help should I need future assistance or should others approach him with a new situation.

My wife discovered a mouse on our kitchen counter early one Friday morning about a month ago. She basically gave me an ultimatum: ''the mouse goes, or she ain't coming home after work.'' So I immediately contacted Jim from Reliance Pest Management. Although he initially said he was booked up until Tuesday, he was nice enough to phone me back and accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, Monday morning as it turned out. He came out equipped with literature on mice and their behaviours. He then conducted a thorough inspection of the premises, inside and out, and concluded that in his opinion it was probably an isolated mouse incident and that there was no evidence to suggest it was a family of rodents that had breached the property. He then took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to make our home very inhospitable to mice and other rodents. The first order of business was to package all the foods mice like (chips, cookies, rice, etc.) into tupperware bins, which is what I did later that day. Jim then set a half dozen traps, 3 snap traps & 3 ''poison'' traps (a pet-friendly poison to boot!). The next day Jim paid me a follow-up visit and inspected all the traps. The good news: one of the snap traps in the laundry room caught the culprit that had ''chased'' the Mrs. from the house! Ever since Jim visited, I have not had a single mouse or rodent incident.To my fellow Winnipegers, Reliance Pest Management is the real deal! So don't waste your time and money on the the big pest control companies whose ads you hear on radio all the time. Trust me on this one. They don't have your best interests at heart when it comes to managing pests, Reliance does and will give you great bang for your buck.
