I just left this place & the people are nice but my nails look so terrible! There is stuff still under my nails, and NON of them are even... I have to fix it when I get home... I showed her how I wanted it (picture down below) and this is how I left... not at all that I asked for...

I went in to get my bio gel nails removed and this lady tried to pop my nails off with nail extensions, I told her if I wanted to pop them off I would have just done it at home plus it was hurting quite a bit. She then tried to file down my nails completely without soaking any of the gel off and my nail because to get hot and started hurting so I asked her if she could just soak them then file off the rest because of how much pain I was in and she then got upset then did it. They charged me almost $25 to get nails removed wasting an extra 45 minutes because it couldn’t be done right the first time. Definitely not going back.

Obsessed with this place! They fit me in for a last minute appointment before closing. I didn’t catch her name but probably Tina based on the reviews. She was so sweet! I’m super picky when it comes to my nails and she did a fantastic job. I left feeling very relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a lovely experience on April 21st for my birthday. She had gave me a lovely full set of acrylics while matching the colour I had wanting correctly!I had booked later during the day since I wasn’t available earlier on and she was kind enough to fit me in for 6:45. I had unexpectedly asked for nail art as well and she had no problem providing the service. I was worried about the results of wanting a cherry blossom branch although she painted the best cherry blossom branch nail art that I had ever seen. These are my all-time favourite nails that I’ve received so far! I’ll for sure be returning.Prices are very reasonable. I’d highly suggest their services. :)

I come from Barrie to get my nails done here. They always do an excellent job, never had any issues. Fairly priced and always friendly.

my nails were a disaster and I came in without a appointment and they took me in 5 minutes before closing. They did an amazing job. I am very grateful I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!
