I have never written a bad review but this situation makes my skin crawl.Overpriced and poor results! When I left the clinic I was hopeful that the hollowing under my eyes would be addressed by 2 vials of skin boosters (costing $1800!! ). Days later it appeared that I was overfilled and uneven. I had bad filler dissolved by another clinic previously and I know that dissolving AGAIN would put me back at square one. They said if I felt like coming into the clinic I could but I knew the only solution would be to dissolve the filler which I would not do. I asked for some form of compensation for the damages but my request was completely dismissed and they “wished me all the best”. Wow.I am very disappointed at how her clinic has addressed my concern and it appears that it’s all about the money.I consulted with a few other clinics and they confirmed that paying $800 plus tax per vial for a skin booster is completely ridiculous.Picture shows my after photo (second vial).

I had an Envrion Collagen Power Facial with Trina and it was unlike any facial I’ve had before. This facial helped to boost my collagen, soften my fine lines, and tighten my skin resulting in a more youthful appearance. Trina is amazing she creates a very warm and inviting atmosphere, with lovey music and informative conversation. As a 24 year old man going to a medspa for the first time can be very intimidating but the women at AMI made me feel totally comfortable and at ease when having my procedures done. I have now gone three times; once for a facial and twice for PRP (vampire facelift) for my under eye circles. The aesthetician (Trina) did a chem peel on me and the results were amazing. As for the PRP, I still have a few treatments left to do, but as it stands I love how my eyes are looking. Dr Lourens is a magician with a needle. The Age Management Institute has won a lifelong customer!

I recently saw Trina for some skin treatments. First of all I was very impressed with the precautions they are taking during the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt very cared for and safe. Secondly Trina was absolutely amazing at telling me exactly what to expect and what she was doing and why. After some time trying more conventional treatments to address my significant hormone imbalances with limited success, Dr Lourens and I decided to try bioidentical hormone replacement therapy pellets. The procedure is very quick and painless, with only some minor local swelling for a few days after the procedure. Overall it's been a success. I love the convenience of not having the regimen of twice weekly injections and the associated twice weekly ups and downs!Finally I'd like the recommend Dr Lourens and her wonderful staff for not just being knowledgeable and friendly, but for also for being tenacious with my case and continuing to go above and beyond in providing suggestions and resources to improve my overall health.
