If I had written this review immediately after purchasing my new Infiniti QX60 in March, I would have given it 5 stars. Both the salesman Jatin and the finance manager Riaz were great, informative and helpful.Now that we're almost 3 months post purchase, my views have significantly changed. While test driving, I asked our salesperson Jatin if it was a full size spare or the smaller typical one, he was unsure but explained to us that the tires it comes with are never flat" and explained the benefits of that. I later confirmed the spare was the smaller

Bjorn is the best service advisor I have dealt with, he is really carrying the service side over there! He kept me posted through out the whole time they had my car and had the car ready, cleaned as he promised! If your getting service done at Infiniti south, I definitely recommend you see Bjorn!

We bought Infinity QX60 from Infinity South Edmonton in December 2022. The sales went off very well and they were very kind and polite. The car was literally parked in our garage for a while as I had a work from home schedule. It was rarely driven. In spring, sometimes in April when we took out the car to drive to Calgary, the AC was not working. I called the dealer couple of time and left messages but there was no call back. Finally, I took the car to the dealership and they made an appointment for an inspection. Then after couple of days the car was taken to the dealership to fix the issue. Again after a week, when I drove the car, the AC was not working. I took the car to the dealership and they said there has been a problem reported with the air conditioner for QX60 and they will have to order the parts to fix it. And it will take some time because it is on back order. We have owned other cars and never had a problem like this. This is a high end expensive car and having this kind of problem without being able to fix it is ridiculous. We have plans to go out of town but can't drive this car as the AC is not working and it's too hot to go without it. We are looking to rent a car despite of owning a 7 seater QCX60. The dealership didn't have a courtesy to even offer a rental to drive because the one which we own is useless to drive this summer. Very sorry to say that we really are having a sour experience with the after sales service at Infinity South Edmonton.

We had our problems with them but they went above and beyond to fix all our problems and a big rave to Daniel the manager from either sales or service for saving us from Infiniti gallery from Calgary, they held us hostage there for unauthorized work they did and demanded payment and Daniel saved us by covering the bill! Great dealership they look after their customers!

Got to test drive ask questions and got coffee and water while we waited for everything to finianlize. Sam is a great salesman along with the rest of the team. Had a question a week later regarding tire pressure and was able to squeeze in and get them checked while they had a free moment on the spot.

I recently had my G37 serviced at Infiniti South Edmonton, and I had a positive and laid-back experience. Bjorn and Anthony took care of my car in a friendly and relaxed manner, making the whole process hassle-free.My car needed some repairs due to the rough roads in Edmonton, but Bjorn and Anthony were super chill about it. They thoroughly assessed my vehicle and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There was no pushy upselling, just honest advice on what needed to be done.What I really appreciated was the friendly atmosphere. Bjorn and Anthony were approachable and down-to-earth, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. We had some friendly conversations, and it didn't feel like a formal transaction, but more like catching up with acquaintances.The service department at Infiniti South Edmonton was also welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable, and the service was completed efficiently. I felt well taken care of during the entire process, and it made the experience stress-free.As a repeat customer of Infiniti South Edmonton, I continue to be impressed with the relaxed and friendly service provided by Bjorn, Anthony, and the team. The absolute worst dealership in Edmonton. They post a car for one price and then when you go into the dealership they give you a fun little surprise, a few THOUSAND DOLLARS on top of the listed price! Let’s say you still want the car despite the thousands added, these scummy people still have more surprises in store for you. They’ll give you key fobs with missing a pieces AFTER you’ve signed everything.Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

I was in the dealership on Tuesday to look at Ford Explorer. The Sales Person Jatin and Manager Manraj were very nice in the beginning. We liked the car and took it for a test drive and Jatin gave us the estimate on the payments. My husband said we wanted the vehicle and would return tomorrow to do further paperwork. And because of some personal reasons, we didn't bring the money with us on the same day. That is when things changed. The manager and the salesperson started forcing us to put the deposit down, so they could hold the vehicle for us. Initially, the salesperson said we don't take a deposit of less than $ 1000.00. My husband refused and said I will come tomorrow and would proceed with the deal. The Manager and salesperson started being pushy and managed to agree to put in the 500$ deposit. We left the store and came back home. We were very disappointed with the way they kind of behaved with us. And decided to go tomorrow and take our money back and will look for the vehicle from somewhere else because of two reasons. A way they behaved, B, We have to delay the plan for two weeks because of personal reasons. Yesterday, I received a call from the Manger to confirm if we want to go ahead with the deal. I refused and told him to relist the vehicle and don't hold it for us. And will come to get our deposit before the end of the day. Late afternoon my husband was in the dealership to get our deposit back. First, the Manager passed the comment on some personal situation, Which was not his business. Second, when he left the reception area as soon as he turned his back, the salesperson and receptionist started laughing. This was disrespectful to my husband, and he turned back and asked the salesperson why he began laughing as soon I turned my back. The salesperson refused and said we were laughing at something else. I want to bring to Manraj's and Jatin's attention that everybody is not the same or a fool. So stop being disrespectful towards your customers. There are situations in everybody's life. If the customer cannot make a deal today doesn't mean he would never be able to. Your management should teach you the way to treat customers right. And I am so happy we decided not to buy the car from you guys. And Unfortunately, because of your over-smartness and disrespectful behaviour, you guys have lost the deals of 2 vehicles. Now please read this and keep laughing!!!!

Bought a car and it wasn’t running good the day after pickup. Asked salesperson but he ghosted me for 6 months and just left me with an overall bad experience. They got a lot “mandatory” fees too. They don’t care about service only the money you offer. Salesman name was Chitrath so stay away from that guy

Although my car is awesome, this dealership has made me regret my decision in choosing Infiniti.Staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and neglectful of their roles. Had to bring my car to services not even a month after purchase because it wasn’t working. Natasha was handling my case, I had to chase her down for updates every few weeks as she kept ghosting my emails, calls and messages. For 3 months they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car and when it would be fixed.Unfortunately this is the only Infiniti dealership in Edmonton, which is probably why the staff are able to get away with such mediocre performance.Not just Natasha, other staff as well are extremely rude and do not have any sort of respect towards clients or their time.
