Noticed my specialty loaf of bread is smaller than before; I don’t appreciate being ripped off; shrink the product but not the price, no that is not acceptable; I choose to buy premium bread and pay premium prices for it and I expect to get what I pay for.

Went in this morning, there were 2 girls working up front at the time. Both were so friendly and looked like they enjoy working together, which is a lot different from a lot of the other times I’ve been there. I even went home with a free loaf! The lemon blueberry scones are delicious, 10/10 recommend. I don’t remember they’re names but hope I see them again, great service

I know times are tough but service is just nasty. When asking for lighter products the girl rolled her eyes. Put over baked product in the box when I opened and asked her to please change she actually asked if I touched it. I was shocked, so rude. Been going there for years, not anymore. Not the first time I dealt with some attitude (many of the girls are nice) but when they are bad they are bad. It's not a lot to ask for when the charge the prices they do for so so products. Won't be back!

I tried 2 cinnamon buns and a savory pullapart. The cinn buns, in my opinion, were not good enough, because they were baked onto the paper and when I pulled the paper off the bun got wrecked. The dough was just a tad under baked and slightly tough. I would like the baker to use more eggs in the dough and let it rise 3 times. I liked the application of cinn and the cream cheese icing was good. The savory pull apart was tasty, and it had spinach, and feta. It was good lunch. I'll go back.

Sad to say I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Very expensive, staff seem nice but always so many questions. I go to order what I need, I would ask if I wanted 3 more of this item or 2 more of that item. Quite annoying to have to answer a hundred questions just to get one loaf of bread

Great bread. But as another reviewer stated, my cinnamon bun was burnt! Just threw it out, it was hard and crumbled. Will buy the bread, but never any pastries again.
