Staff was very kind to help take packages from my place. I had shipped many packages to USA which experienced a long customs clearance during Chrismas break but I received lots of help from the store for coordination. One of my packages was returned from the customs when I was already in the USA; the staff helped arrange the shipment once again. Very appreciated!!!

Worst delivery company ever. Just before Christmas and they have no clue where my package is that was apparently sent on Dec 4th. Investigation started and then the delivery driver for another package flat out lied about trying to deliver it as there were no footprints in the snow up to my door and they do not care! Never using anyone that uses them ever again!
