Headline: Really good South Indian food. The thaali lunch is perfect if you’re on a diet!Had the vegetable South Indian thaali lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Place was empty. Service was great - naturally, as we were the only ones in there. The food was actually very good - tasted authentic, like home made. There were three dishes, yogurt, a pickle and a very tiny bowl of rasam. Tiny = about one tablespoon.Yes, the food was very good but the portions were tiny. Like a kid’s serving. Yes there was plenty of rice, but very, very little of vegetables to eat it with. There was a dal (excellent dal, right consistency and flavour), a veggie dish - a wonderful ‘drumstick’ (moringa stalk) curry, and a lovely fried and crusted okra. But the quantity of each dish was really so little. Honestly, each serving was like one tablespoon and a half. And we even asked if they offered seconds, or refills, but no. We even ordered one extra thaali to take home as the dishes were delicious (The portions in the packed takeaway were much better actually). We doubt if we would go back. Because we wouldn’t want to come away hungry again! Would give it 5 stars for the taste, but sorry, the thaali portions are a rip off.

We Went for dinner today. one of the worst restaurants I have been to in my life. starters are not fresh and so much salt is added. biryani is the worst thing. gave feedback to the owner itself. Went all the way from Scarborough for dinner and we were utterly disappointed. Please don’t visit this restaurant if you want to have good Indian food. so many good places are there near

Not at all worth the hype!On a Friday night, we were the only ones sitting around (felt service would be fast, but expected too much I guess) and the server was lethargic, food was SOOO BAD. They definitely don’t know what Chicken 65 means (pls visit Hyd), the curry was awful and I wouldn’t even dare to call it a Biryani. We literally told the server how bad the food and the service was (and the owner was sitting right behind), however, it didn’t bother them a bit. Not at all recommended as it’s expensive and not worth.

My new go to spot for Indian authentic food. The restaurant has a bright and vibrant ambience. We had exceptional service.We tried the butter chicken which was smooth and creamy full of flavor. This brought in nostalgic memories from having this back home.The portions of Nan we had were ample and large in size.The lollipop chicken is one of the biggest portions I've ever had.Their Mango Lassi is yum and a must try for sure as well.

We went in on sunday at lunchtime, and the restaurant was not very busy. The food was very tasty and in good quantity. The price is reasonable.We tried the chicken 65 dry, ghee roast biryani, and the mysore masala dosa. Rima, our server was very friendly. We enjoyed our experience.

I ordered this biryani today, looking at good reviews, but disappointed!! They called it as Samskruthi Special chicken biryani - i am still wondering why it is special? It was a half cooked rice, masala dumped, chicken biryani (I have attached the kichidi kind of biryani pics too)
