This is now the second time I spent an obscene amount of time in the drive through (about 20 minutes), and the second time our order was messed up.I even saw the lady at the window check the receipt and bag, so I neglected to check it as well before we left. A very simple order (two meals) and we were missing the fries (which yes, we paid for and were on the receipt).They seriously need to get some competent management and employees.

Filet o Fish was clearly very old and expired but they still served it. Bun was squished. Fries were half raw today. Orange juice was out but they served it anyways and we had to bring it back. Items are always missing over the last 3 visits - toy missing from Happy Meal, fries missing from order. Never leave the drive thru unless you double check the order. The staff are friendly and always correct the mistakes quickly and apologetically.

Waited 20 minutes for ice cream, they were very rude and they slammed someone else’s drinks down and watched them give dry fry’s to customers. Do better.

How can the ice cream machine be broken… all the time? Seriously?I waited for my drive through order for 20 minutes. Then I went inside to ask about my order. It wasn’t even being made. They forgot about it.Another time I stood at the counter and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. Finally I called out to see if anyone was in the back and working. I got a free ice cream that time. I guess someone remembered to fill the machine that day. Was so excited to have a McDonald’s open in Sundre. I wish someone actually cared to serve their customers.

Be careful going through the drive through. I have been charged for drinks I didn’t order a few times now. They will hide the drive through screen and not give you your receipt. Would not suggest going here now.

I wish I could give this place a 0 rating. I called McDonald’s and asked them if I could put memorial sign for my friend who died last year in their restaurant. They wouldn’t even allow me or anyone to put up a sign to pay respects to him. They were disrespectful about it and rude even to the father of the friend. They had no sympathy and did not care. We ended up going next door to put up a memorial for him.

Last couple times I had been there, had nothing but issues. Most recent one, went through the drive thru and ordered a large caramel iced coffee extra caramel and was overcharged. Asked why it was so much and got blamed for having an attitude when I only asked a simple question. Definitely not impressed with the staff there except for a select few

Really nice place for lunch with the family. Service was great and the food was as good as other locations. The interior is also clean and renovated.

Just got through the drive thru here, it seems like all 3 employees we interacted with wanted to be anywhere else. Very rude service to the point that a simple order seemed to be a hardship...
