This was my first time using tag team auto as it was highly recommend by people around me. I had a great experience, Jarrett took the time to throughly explain exactly what was wrong with my car and even took time to show me what exactly was broken and showed me how the part worked and what went wrong. He was very honest and fit me in very quickly and got my car up and running for me in a timely manner. I will continue to use Tag Team Auto for regular service on my car. Thank you so much

This was my first time taking my truck there on a friends recommendation. I wasn't disappointed. Jarrett explained everything he was going to do and why. He showed me the old parts when I came to pick it up. Price was very fair. I will be returning for sure.

1st experience with Jarrett and Scott, and was beyond impressed. Everything was explained to me on what was wrong and what needed to be done and even explained how things worked, was kept in the loop as the repairs went on. Family oriented team that ensures work is properly done with no shortcuts to keep my previous cargo of tiny humans safe! I was spoken to like i was a human being, not just a woman or a $, very easy guys to speak to!! My van rides like new I'm so happy with the work they did on my front end, and looking forward to having them as my goto.

Went to Jarrett when he was on Bruce St I believe it was... he safetied my car and less than 6 months later it was pulled off the road by another mechanic (Joe Masters in Paris - was in for repair of hole in wheel well area). Joe Masters said it never should have been safetied because the damage was not fixable (frame). No way the damage in question occurred in the 6 months since the safety, it was too advanced... Paid for legit safety and ended up with no car. DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JARRETT. He screwed us over badly and refused to do anything about it or take any responsibility

This is the best place to take your vehicle. He's honest and upfront. The only downside is he's always busy and it takes a while to get in. It's worth the wait if you have the option. Unfortunately time is not on my side today. Fingers crossed that AAA Care auto will be as good.

Went there on a close friend’s recommendation. Going there to get my cars fixed ever since. Found them honest and knowledgeable. The extra effort of explaining what’s wrong with your car and what’s the route to remedy is commendable. Jarret is definitely the guy to get your car troubles solved.
