Were at one time better if not the best computer parts store. Other sites improving ease of online commerce and convenience, they are making it worse.I wouldn't have any issues with it if they were honest about it, don't need to lie about shipping estimates. If something isn't in stock don't sell it as such, if your warehouse is that messed don't advertise quick turnaround. Don't just create shipping labels for weeks so I can't cancel.

This company ships valuable items with no signature required. I spent a couple thousand dollars and they split it into 3 shipments. 1 of them never arrived and they said @purolator confirmed it shipped. NEWEGG Refused to refund or replace and closed the case. I contacted puro & was told a trace was never requested. What liars!!This is not how companies should do business. I'm going to Better Business Bureau. How can the recipient be liable for them cheating out on insurance or signature required.

I cant put 0 Star SadlyI have put my first order ever therethey Cancelled my order for not in stock was when i have place it.They have take the money in my bank account 516.00$No refund and the customer service tell me that they dont have the money to contact my bank,My bank transaction history definitely show that transaction of 516.00$If you want to loose money it is the best way i have found yet ...The only thing the customer service keep telling me is contact your bank.

Note: I'm doing this review off of personal experienceI don't know the story of those who've sent bad reviews, and their experience with Newegg, but, when I ordered a motherboard, it came in after 3 days which was really fast. They also had an extremally high discount along with a rebate.My one complaint is that the retail box (not the shipping box) was dented. It didn't really effect anything because the motherboard was on the bottom of the box, away from the dent. If it was dented anywhere else on the box, the motherboard would have been screwed.

Saw a computer that looked pretty good, but it has quite a few one star reviews complaining about BSODs. So I reached out to their support and asked if this was a known issue.Support told me they couldn't comment and I would need to reach out to the manufacturer. Fair enough...Checked in on the computer the next day and noticed all reviews mentioning BSOD were deleted. A good company does not have to resort to underhanded tactics...

As long as you are making a simple transaction, Newegg is easy enough. If you require a return, exchange, warranty, or tax exemption related to First Nations purchases on reserve, they are simply the most ignorant company to deal with. Their customer support system will lead your from one department to another with no answers.Their policies for returns, warranty or support are archaic and lag far behind other vendors. Unless you absolutely REQUIRE an item that is unavailable elsewhere, and you have a horseshoe firmly planted up your backside and nothing goes wrong, there is really no reason to spend your money here over other vendors.

You think you got a good black friday deal. You never know until you receive your item as they may cancel your order without letting you know the reason. Then the sales is gone and you can't order from other online retailers. Good luck.

The computer arrived, but it was missing the keyboard that was supposed to come with it. When I messaged support, they were incredibly unhelpful. They basically told me that they couldn't just send me the keyboard separately, and all they were willing to do was refund $30 off my total purchase price (which was over $2,000!) I'm sorry, but if it was THEIR screw up not shipping me the correct parts, then they should be OBLIGATED to send me the missing items. I definitely will never shop here again.
