The road was pretty rough coming in and no sand applied the the road surface while Icy. The house I visited had no water and they didnt know why... update apparently there is a water main break but the land lord failed to notify why it was down... I worry for the tenants that the holding company that owns the park might be short on funding due to the lack of infrastructure investment into the park....Very friendly community over all though might be better off if the county annexed it into benlto and took over as the owner and sold the lots to the trailer owners....

Yards are better, I don't know the people there anymore, but it does seem to be improving. Time will tell more.

It's a modular home park. Pad rent includes water/ sewer and garbage pick up. Extra storage for RV's. Pad rent is around $480 a month

Clean, kid friendly safe park to live. People take care of their property and roads are kept clean. Its the only trailer park I'd ever consider living

Beaitiful bright wide streets for visitors to park 5 star save for one person who chose to not mind his own bizzness and proceeded to yap about somthing he seen on an episode of soa if not for that mr layhie woulda been proud himself

Water lines break constantly and if your rented lot is dug up don't think it will be back to the way it was, unless you do it yourself.Water sewer and garbage is included in lot rent however water is so over chlorinated that it is undrinkable.Lot rent increase yearly but poor management services remain the same.We work hard to beautifie our mobile and lot.Very discouraged with this park, been here 8 years and resale is almost impossibleRules are not consistent for all renters.Please note Benalto does not have an elementary school 2017.

While we only went in to the first bay, it was perfectly clear that the trailer was park is well taken. There was nothing in the front yard of each trailer we could see. The road is paved with asphalt and very clean. It appears that the parking stalls were quite large. Big enough for handicap parking . If you are able to, go for a drive and visit Kountry Meadows Estate. It might be just what you are looking for.

From what I have seen from an outside view.. the rules regulations and enforment is quite barbaric And based on an emotional stand point instead of business professional one . The only thing that's really going for it, is location with the views that are a short walk.
