I just had a really bad experience here. We waited for an appointment for over a month. Then when I got to my appointment they wouldn’t take us because we didn’t have the papers for our dog’s vaccinations, but they never told us to bring them. Not only were they rude about it, they never even apologized for wasting our time. Also, their prices are twice the amount of other grooming places!

Super knowledgeable staff, wide range of products, just really expensive!

Love the dog wash station. Staff were kind and very sweet with our dog. Even gave us a little goodie bag for him to try.

The staff is awesome! They are very knowledgeable about all their products for all animals. Super helpful for us as we have a finicky puppy.

Generally friendly staff, but never has the food I need for my cat stocked. After 3 times not having it and driving to Tacoma instead, I was frustrated and asked if they could order it in on the next week's order. They ordered the wrong one. Can't say I'll be back.

Staff greeted me upon entering the store! And one of them was with another customer! 10 out of 10 for that!! Then, the other staffer was quick to help me find what I was looking for and opened the box to allow me to examine the item to determine if it was going to work for my pet! 10 out of 10 for that! Most staff these days just show you the item and consider their job is done. Not here!!! She was very friendly and helpful! The item was reasonably priced. They have a very large selection of everything!!! If you're the kind of person who likes great customer service and it's your reason to shop somewhere? PetValu is where to go!! Our pups are always spoiled when they come in with us, the self serve bath is great! Used it many times and love the convenience of it! Staff are always super friendly and helpful when we have questions too.

Love this store. All the staff are really nice and helpful. They remember me and my puppy. We shop here for all our puppy needs.
