Honestly I have fairly low expectations for rural high speed!! Xplornet is better than Telus Hub for my area! But I can say the customer service is better than Shaw & Telus. Xplornet called me and told me they were coming out to do service work because they’ve had a few people in my area complain and it’s much better now! Thank you!

My recent visit my Xplore was scheduled by them to replace the old roof dish that was probably installed 10 years ago. The install was scheduled yesterday and the installer Matt arrived at the time expected. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He tested which tower would give me the best signal and changed the dish direction to point to the tower just north of my house. My download speed is now much improved and I am very pleased. There was nothing that would have improved the install experience. Thank you Xplore.

My experience with Xplore has been like a breath of fresh air compared to the archaic internet providers. From booking the install, having the install performed and speaking with customer service, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I only wish they had been around earlier. Well done Xplore!!

We transitioned from DSL to Fiber Optic provided by Xplore. From Matt in sales to Scott at installation, the process was seamless, well explained , and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend.

My tower was struck by lightning, and didn't expect to have internet back over the Easter weekend. Thanks to Rachel expediting the service call and the two technicians that arrived, I was back up-and-running by Saturday. I have no complaints about Xplore's service.

Service is working well. Agent very knowledgeable and resolved issue. Service is getting expensive. Soon Starlink will be competitive for much improved speeds.

Last evening we suddenly lost our internet during a ZOOM meeting. There was a snowy rain outside off and on all day so that may have stopped the signals from getting through.The agent was very helpful and guided us on how to check and reboot our signal so that we were back online very quickly.Thank you

Although Xplornet was an okay internet provider, it was nothing special. Sure, it was reliable, repair service was fast and knowledgeable but the price!! I was always shopping around.Then one day they called to offer me a new deal, same as my current deal, for $50 a month LESS!!My new favourite. Xplornet you rock!
