We have only been once so far but I had to leave a review as I am so impressed.My infant son has been going through a lot and sleeping incredibly poor (worse than average baby-yikes!) due to gas. For the first time ever I felt understood, heard and respected. Dr green knew his symptoms without me having to go into detail based on her findings and was so informative. On top of it all she was SO good with my son he adored her. She provided a break down at the apt and again through a call + a hard copy. She also explained her treatment plan and what we would expect in terms of appointmentsI feel hopeful about his care here

It's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Davis and the entire Acorn Team for chiropractic treatment. Dr. Davis is gem of a doctor - she is an amazing adjuster, compassionate human being, and a wealth of information on all things health and wellness. Dr. Rachel has admirable bedside manner and is always a joy to see and be treated by.

Honestly extremely disappointed in this entire experience.My son is only breastfed and is still refusing bottles and pacifiers. I had spent a lot of money on pacifiers and wasn’t willing to spend more.I was told and promised this Nini pacifier was the answer. I originally ordered it directly off the US website and they charged me $17.74US plus a large shipping fee which came to almost $50CAD.I was then emailed days later that this product wasn’t offered to be shipped to Canada and to contact Acorn for Canadian shipping. It is months later and I still have not received this refund...I placed an order on Feb 24 with Acorn and was billed $23.72. I was then billed AGAIN, $17 on Feb28th. On March 6th I still had not received any confirmation of this said product I had bought was shipped. Rachel contacted me and offered me a tracking number in which lead to a place 18+ hours away. She reconfirmed with another tracking number that had said this parcel was delivered. It was not…I emailed AGAIN with a return email this time from a Dr. Jenna Davis telling me to check my mail box, as Canada post says they delivered it. I live in a small town and notified my post office, and my neighbours about this loss and waited a week… nothing. I email acorn AGAIN, and I haven’t even received a response.I am out almost $100 now on a pacifier and NO pacifier. To say say disappointed in a profession dealing with Babies is an understatement.

Dr. Jenna Davis is a highly gifted chiropractor and I wholeheartedly recommend her services. I took my 2 yr old daughter to see her for a check-up and minutes into the appointment I sensed that Dr. Davis is passionate about pediatrics. She interacts with my child in a playful, caring and loving way. As a result my little one smiles and dances throughout her visits with Dr. Davis, and is convinced she is there purely to have a good time. Entrust your children and their postures into the care of this physician. See for yourself.

There has truly been a pregnancy “before” and a pregnancy “after” Acorn for me. I started seeing Dr Davies and Dr Green when I entered my 3rd trimester and I ended up feeling better throughout that last leg than I had at the end of the 2nd.The chiro adjustments and acupuncture care helped me feel safe and prepared for labour and birth, and I continued to see them, with my baby, from the week that followed her birth. The two of them, along with their entire staff, work with care and empathy always, and genuinely love what they do (at least it feels that way!). My little one loves her chiro visits, and so do i! Thank you all for taking such great care of us!

I used Acorn from 2017 to 2018 to treat lower back pain and received chiropractic treatment from Dr. Jenna Davis. Dr. Davis seemed polite and very experienced, and was able to relieve my back pain with every visit and helped improve my posture.The receptionists were fairly polite to deal with, but appointment wait times were long and sometimes reached thirty minutes. Dr. Davis seemed to overbook, and to make matters worse each treatment would last less than five minutes. The rate charged seemed low at first, but for the amount of time per treatment it was expensive.The only major updates I received regarding treatment progress would be changes in treatment frequency, but Dr. Davis did not provide me with a medium or long-term plan. Although I would feel relief after each treatment, the pain and discomfort would always return and so the treatment wasn't a long-term fix. I'm not sure if that's the nature of chiropractic treatment, but I was disappointed.

I love attending this clinic so much. It's always such a warm and welcoming experience. I look forward to my visits because I know I will always leave feeling better than how i felt walking in. I feel safe under the magical, healing care of Dr. Jessica Santos and knowing the multiple other services Acorn Health provides, there is no shortage of wellness opportunities to discover. This year has been tough on so many and spaces like this make all the difference. Grateful for you!

Amazing experience with my toddler as he sat straight and put his legs in a symmetrical manner after just one visit! Love the renovated new space. I had a great experience 6 years ago with my daughter and it continues to this day!

This was my first visit ever to a Chiropractor. I will admit I was a little nervous, however everyone was very friendly, and Dr. Jenna Davis is amazing! She explained everything to me and made me feel so much better after just one visit. I felt comfortable and relaxed in our first consultation. I decided to try out the program for my healing journey. It has been 2 weeks in, and I am in total awe. I have seen Dr. Jenna Davis and Dr. Jessica Santos during this time as they work collaboratively together. I have seen improvements in various areas aside from what I went in for. I had digestive issues for as long as I can remember and after a few adjustments I noticed a huge positive shift. It has improved greatly! I also suffer from anxiety and I am feeling a lot calmer and happier. I did not think that I would have such great results from Chiropractic care. I used to think it is only for pain management. I did not realize it was so much more than that. By having adjustments, it clears the blockages of communication to your nervous system and organs. It allows your body to communicate clearly and allows your body to heal. I am definitely a Chiropractor patient for life! Dr. Davis and Dr. Santos are miracle workers in my book.
