Very professional. They had to take apart a dining table that I didn't even know disassembled. They were finished in about an hour.Very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Arrived on time with my bin rental. Laid down wood underneath the bin to not damage the driveway. Bin was in good shape (not rusted out). The bin was exactly what I needed and I would rent from them again. The Pick up came earlier than expected, as I had the bin filled sooner than expected. They came and picked it up no problem.

Their big junk dispose bin has been stayed in our front yard for one whole week now. They promised again and again but still nobody is coming to take it away. Of course they have charged the money long ago and don’t care about dumping the junk now. Don’t we deserve to charge storage fee from them?!

Very disappointing experience. I was never given a quote in advance. They sent 1 person for a job that should require at least 2 people and ended up having to do most of the work myself. Price was only given on the day and was vastly higher compared to competitors.

Junk Hero was punctual and gave me a 30min heads up. They were kind, professional and courteous. There was a small miscommunication about the price but they eneded up honoring it. Overall I'm very happy with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

The price that was provided over the phone was different and they added 10% fuel surcharge that made their price higher than others. The pick up was terrible. We had to call many times until they finally came to pick up after more than a week. Every time they said we are going to pick up today or tomorrow but no body showed up. indeed they confessed that they are using our driveway as a storage. Meanwhile, a lot of rain water was collected inside the bin that increases the weight. Very unprofessional and non-responsive people.I don not recommend doing business with them.

Originally I called in to set up an estimate to have some renovation garbage disposed of. During the phone call and estimate was provided to be between 150 to $200. That estimate was approved and a confirmation text was sent to confirm the appointment the following day. The following day, no phone call or truck came. I called in and they told me there was no appointment for that day and that they were going to call me to set up for the following day. In the end, they re-estimated the disposal and turned out to be $500+tax! Ridiculous!! I ended up taking the garbage to the disposal location myself and ended up paying $75! This company is completely unprofessional, completely lost and not to mention their fees are WAY out there! I would never recommend them. The only time I would recommend is for someone NOT to use them.

Neville Mathew sold me a novice customer a 14 yard bin not for topsoil.That I specifically asked for in hopes that it was not fully filled. Plus they came a day late to pick it up. Now they want me too remove the dirt plus pay overweight and additional charges for being overweight. So now it’s a legal matter. Definitely not my Hero.

We had an unexpected flood in our basement and when I called junk hero the friendly lady who answered the phone was so helpful! She arranged for the service to get all our items removed the same day. Price was more than fair for the terrific job the team did
