Great service and prices on items in the store. They've changed watch straps for me including my Omega with no problems. In and out in 10-15 minutes every time.

WATCH IT!
This place is the worst. Went to get a battery replaced, asked the clerk at the till if the were qualified to work on my Bulova watch. He said he was and it came back damaged. clerk pried the back open with a screwdriver bent and scratched it. Talked to the manager the next day and they don't want to do anything for me. PEOPLE IF YOU LIKE YOUR WATCH AND YOU NEED TO GET YOUR BATTERY CHANGED, NEVER GO THERE.

WATCH IT!
I brought in a Stührling Original watch to have the band sized. The second they opened the box, they told me they didn't want the liability of working on the watch in case something happened during the process. They told me the pins had to be screwed in or out instead of knocked out, and gave me the watch back. I walked over to spare parts, they knocked the pins out and sized the watch within two minutes. They also didn't charge me anything for it.

WATCH IT!
I went in today and asked if they could change my battery on my Bulova watch..They said due to it being a couple days before Christmas they could not..But had two staff members standing there doing nothing and when I saw the store closing out sales.. I thought that makes complete sense as to why the business is shutting down.. poor customer service experience..

WATCH IT!
They scratched my mother's in law Seiko watch worth $300 and still could not change its battery. Now the watch is scratched and they didnt do anything about it. Don't bring your special watches here!
