Don't bother. Guy is very rude. Doesn't take measurements in cm (last I checked this is Canada) and wanted me to call back (instead of converting himself). And when I did call back providing imperial he didn't understand 35 4/5 inches. Told me to remeasure. BYE!

Really nice guys. It's a family operated business. The one older gentleman there is old school so don't take offence he doesn't have the customer service you would expect at a 5 star hotel.They do an awesome job, gets things done for me quickly and at a reasonable price. For the record, I go there frequently (at least 1 to 2 times a month) to get things repaired for work.I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience and got ripped off after calling several other places downtown Toronto quoting me $50+ LESS!! Senior gentleman was extremely rude and explosive. Get your work done anywhere else - this place is a scam.

Never felt so ripped off in my life like how he did to me today... this guy charged me 150.00 for 8x30x 8.5 prices of glass. 150.00 I walked out after I paid him feeling it up my ...... he did not even give me a recèipt took my cash and went doing his business

Absolutely horrible experience. The person that answered the phone started yelling at me because I asked for in home measuring and consultation. Website says they do I on-site. Pretty difficult to take built in cabinets and sliding doors to his shop. He needs help with anger management. Weird call indeed.
