I placed a simple order for a sandwich, muffins, and cookies. They were sold out of muffins, so they had to bake more. I was told it would take 8-10 minutes. It ended up being a 26 minute wait. 26 minutes for muffins. Unacceptable.

I'm so grateful for the delightful experience we had at this Tim Hortons location. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that is so crucial, especially in a family-oriented place like this.What truly made our visit memorable was the staff's kindness towards my son. They took the time to engage with him and gave him free treats. It was a simple gesture, yet so impactful. Seeing my little boy's face light up was worth more than words can express.The food, as always, was top-notch. The coffee was fresh and invigorating, and the pastries were just the right amount of sweet.I highly recommend this location not only for their high-quality food and beverages but also for their exemplary service. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at this Tim Hortons. Your attentiveness and kindness have made us loyal customers.

I love Tim Hortons, but in this location, staff needs urgent customer service training. A girl who seemed to be in charge was rude and also made jokes. It was obvious the heavy atmosphere among employees and stress in high level. If this girl is a supervisor or manager, I really feel sorry for her team.

As posted, this place is supposed to open 24 hours, but I have been asked impolitely many times to leave the place at 12:30 am because they wanted to close it for cleaning. Yesterday, he kicked out about 20 customers for that reason after they had paid for their orders.. It's truly the worst experience in Winnipeg...

Hi I really want to share this here. I know these Indian girls works really hard. There is really a discrimination happening every day. These Indian girls never say a THANK YOU or a small smile, I mean why ? This is canada not india guys please. I’m an Indian as well these girls act like they really don’t care when there is an Indian face customer. Please treat everyone equally. When there is a white customer they bending down 20 times.Management please teach them how to treat equally and please remind them this is canada which is a beautiful country. Lets keep it that way

I brought my drink, but looks like really not full! I told them please help me fill more~! But they say because your order is no ice!!! Seriously? I’m working in Tim’s also! Never treat my customers like that~! So disappointment!

This is one of the worst tim hortons in winnipeg. They screw up almost half the time and I've had it... today I ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich and take a look at the picture... how hard is it to make a sandwich!! Umm where is the turkey?? Maybe some tomatoes would be nice??? This is pathetic!! Never again!!

I heard from friends that there is a bowl in Timmies. So I came here to buy and try it this afternoon. Before I ate it, I took photos for it and wanna share to friends like the pics show. This bowl is $8.99. I really don’t think it is worth for it. I won’t purchase it any more.

I ordered a medium ice coffee, and a sausage breakfast wrap. The coffee was fine but I got an inedible burnt cheeseburger instead of my sausage wrap. Disappointed.
