These guys are amazing! I’ve had my pool for about ten years now, and Aaron and team are always on time and know exactly how to balance everything and keep my pool in great shape especially since we use it a lot. They’re always available when needed. I recommend these guys for anyone with a pool that needs opening, closing, and maintenance.

Poor customer service from Eric, not professional at ALL.

Truly disgusted at the lack of care and customer service. They arrived to open my pool on May 8, 2019. They refused to give me a date later in May because they reserve that time for their customers with weekly service contracts. They didn't finish opening the pool on May 8 and promised they would be back to finish vacuuming the pool once the algae cleared up.They didn't show up on the day they promised to be back to finish vacuuming, so I finished the job myself. We set a date for them to come to repair my pool pump and heater, Aaron is the only one who can fix the pump and pool heater, he failed to show up on the scheduled day and claimed he hurt his ankle the day before. I was understanding and we set another date for May 31 (two weeks out).I had to take time off work on May 31 because they could not come after 5pm. On May 31, Aaron sent me a text at 7am notifying me he had to cancel because so many of his customers with weekly contracts delayed opening their pools due to rain and bad weather so he was going to send me to back of the line and make me wait another 2 weeks before he would be able to repair my pump and heater. I told him it is ridiculous that he did not keep his word and waited till the day he was due to be at my home to cancel on me. He made it extremely clear that his weekly customers are prized customers and I would have to wait another 2 weeks because I was not as important to him as customers who have weekly service contracts. The worst part is that my pool equipment in my basement and Aaron doesn't seem to care that its been leaking in my basement since May 8.It is impossible to get this company to answer the phone, if you're lucky they might text you back a few days after you send them a text, but they will probably cancel on you last minute if you are not setup on a weekly contract with them.Now it's peak season for opening pools and nearly impossible to find another company to do the job Arron and Ambassador pools failed to do. Looks like I will not be able to enjoy my pool anytime soon due to Ambassador pool's inability to keep their promise and do the job they promised to do. Terrible customer service, unless you're a weekly customer. Cannot explain how truly disgusted I am with Aaron and Ambassador pools.

Best pool company out there. Aaron and his staff have opened/closed/serviced my in ground pool for the last 5 years. Outstanding work and service at an amazing price. Very highly recommend this company.

Aaron has bent over backwards to open and fix our pool this year. We are very pleased with his services and kindness. Truly valuable.
