Completely ill-mannered. They kept calling my prince and treated him very badly and he wasn't even a customer. I wish that machado 98 will bless you with all its gifts. #ForgetGabiconha

I keep getting calls about a debt I don't owe, in fact they're looking for someone named Ian, but they simply decided that that's me, so they've been calling me nonstop, claiming I owe them nearly 2 thousand dollars and they're also incredibly rude about it. I've never even had any contact with this company aside from this annoying calls, but the way they do this, just mistreating me, and trying to force me to accept that I owe them a debt that is not mine is simply unacceptable.

I have to admit, I was avoiding their calls until I answered by “accident” . Mario Provenzano was on the other end.. what a super great guy!! Down to earth, very understanding and helpful. Be honest and He’ll tell you how it is every step of the way. Now my credit is cleared and in great standing! :D

As much as I dislike the presure generally put on a person approached by these companies I know they all have a job to do. Marija Bijukovic has been an awesome person to work with, respectful and patient as well as being personable and understanding. She has made my experience a great one for the first time ever. Whether this is her trait or the company trains thier workers to be this way, I give 5 stars to Marija Bijukovic and as much as I hope to never have to deal with same reason for contact I do hope if it has to it will be Marija Bijukovic again.Thank you and success

Maria was absolutely one of the kindest individuals i could ever hope to meet. Not demanding, demeaning, obnoxious or pushy.I left a message for her because the next day i realized how thoughtful she was. If and when I can pay it would be an honor to deal with her.I have been stupid with my treatment of creditors. don't know if you know this but criticism, sharp bitter criticism of another returns to you like a homing pigeon. I have been holding on to too much negativity and its because of my poor attitude towards creditors.So when a lady like Maria comes along and surprises. Well I felt guilty i could not pay the settlement at this time.thank you to her bosses, she is well trained or at the very least one of the good ones i believe.

EXTREMELY unprofessional by using harassment and threatful behavior in hopes they can annoy or scare people into calling to resolve a outstanding bill. My case- the bill has had small payments that have not even been deducted yet. I see many reviews of people being confused for others as well.will be moving forward with a lawyer.

This is a debt collector harasses people from information they purchased. By law you do not have to deal with them. Ask them to stop calling & send you everything in writing from original creditor. Even if you made an agreement with them they are a 3rd party collection agency. Your debt will still be unpaid with original creditor. This place is a scam & all the good reviews came from within the company. My advice stop harassing people. Everyone falls on hard time when they get the money the original creditor will be paid. They rent out a small floor in this building.I only gave one star because you can’t leave a review without selecting one!!

I keep getting calls from this business asking for someone else. My number was mixed up with this other person and I have gotten countless automated and non-automated voicemails.When I tried to get this cleared up, the woman I dealt with, Maria, was extremely rude and disrespectful.When I said the middle initial of this person (because that is what was said on the automated voicemails) along with the name, Maria argued with me that she never said the middle initial as a part of their name in her voicemails. She got extremely defensive and seemed like she didn’t believe me, and that I was wasting her time.I have blocked this number now, but I wanted to let everyone who looks at the reviews know that this is a common issue at this point. And that their customer service skills are extremely lacking.I never leave reviews but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Especially as a non- customer.

This company is a joke. As was said before by other people, they bought my debt off another company, who is still charging me as well. The total with the other company was 4000, they have flagged my credit report with 8400. While we can all say I made mistakes with my credit, I don't know how they can DOUBLE the amount owed when they bought the debt for pennies on the dollar. They call constantly, even after they were told to only email. I am refusing to deal with them. I am ok with this affecting my credit for the next 7 years if it means these people don't see a cent.
