The driver from Classic towing drove by while I was desperately needing a flat bed towing service right before the May 2023 long weekend (couldn’t get any after making several calls). He stopped on his way home and gave me a hand. The fee charged is very reasonable. Thanks Classic Towing!

Justin from classic came in like 10 minutes and was so helpful and hooked up our car seamlessly. Our tire exploded on the 401 and it was scary. A genuinely nice and awesome guy. You will be lucky if you get him.

Carl came to my parents home today. He replaced a flat tire with the spare tire. He was very polite, friendly and very efficient at his job. He was also very professional. Justin from classic towing is definitely a person you don’t come across everyday, and I mean that in the best way possible. Never needing CAA before, I won’t lie I was sketched out from all the stuff I’d heard about tow truck guys before. Justin shattered all that super quick. He’s a real genuine guy and the rest of the reviews about him speak for themselves. Bro truly does care about the people he attends to, isn’t harsh or crude about anything and gets the job done RIGHT. Glad I got him as my tow truck driver, he’s definitely set a real high bar for everybody else. I don’t know if y’all reward drivers for these reviews but please give bro a donut or something on my behalf he deserves it fr.

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the practices of this tow truck company. I feel like we were taken advantage of especially since the tow truck driver was not upfront in the beginning. This was my first time using a tow service. When the driver arrived my mother and I asked the price of the service and we were told $95 for service and $4 for every kilometer which was fine. We asked for a boost of the car first and nothing was said by the tow truck driver about additional cost. We arrived at the mechanic and the driver asked for my credit card. We kept asking him about the charge but he insisted that he had to call the office. When he was on the phone my mom asked him repeatedly for the price and he proceeded to ignore her and provide my banking information to his office. I received a notification from my bank that $216 had been charged to my card only for the driver to tell us after that there was a $75 boost charge. When doing the calculations with what was originally quoted I expected a total of $148.03. I work hard for my money and I am just frustrated and upset by the lack of transparency from the driver. On top of that the driver was dismissive and rude when we explained to him that it was unfair for him to not have been upfront with us about the price. I would not recommend the tow truck services at all and I would suggest you call around first.
