I was so impressed with this Buddhist temple in Calgary. Although it’s not very big, but it was new looking, super calm and extremely clean. The people working there was very friendly. The price for the Taisui prayer ritual was reasonable and the oil money was voluntary. Hope to visit again when I am in town next time.

This temple is open to the public 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm. It is a great place to purchase Buddhist books on Vajrayana (ie. meditation techniques, spiritual development & encouragement) not available elsewhere (written by a Vajrayana Buddhst monk). They also have Zoom guided meditations during COVID on Saturday mornings at 9:30am.

Friendly and welcoming staff, the pictures online are not representative of the feelings of aww inspired by seeing the statues in person. Went with my family to light an inscent and make an offering, they were helpful in instructing us what to do as this was our first time visiting. The energy in this space really feels sacred ⛩ highly recommend.
