Very helpful and knowledgeable about birthstones. We went in looking for a birthday present with a birthstone idea knowing there were multiple possibilities of birthstones and we were helped. We were in and out in a short time. They even gift wrapped the purchase for us.

Rada is nothing but the most professional and responsive person I've every dealt with at a jewelery store. I had a few anxieties since I had to hand over my engagement ring for customization for a wedding band, but she made sure to keep in touch with me and calm my nerves about the entire process. I went and got a gift for my girlfriend and Rada helped me out and they were very nice and helpful. It’s not like Raffi jewellers were they judge you based off how you look and age and how your dressed, they were kind and I got exactly what I wanted.

Walked out of People’s and straight to Charm. Rada and Dino made my experience exceptional. Both associates were honest, kind and extremely helpful! We will be back! Rada is also very knowledgeable about the companies you are choosing from. She was able to educate me about the ring I had which is so much appreciated! * Edited March 23/23I am so thrilled with my experience. From start to finish, Rada was exceptional. She was quick to inform me of updates about my ring and the repairs. Having someone so personable and willing to communicate is amazing. The engagement rings are nice. However the person I was in contact with (Rada) was always texting me desperately looking for a sale. It was really annoying and too “salsey” compared to other independent ring shops who actually care for your happiness and not just trying to sell a ring.I told them I’m still shopping around and she still kept messaging me all the time.

Dino and the rest of the staff at Charms Diamond centre in the Cambridge mall are fantastic! No where will you find a more professional, knowledgeable staff who make you feel like family! I feel confident that I am getting the best quality in gemstones along with top notch customer service and I highly recommend visiting them for any of your jewelry needs!
