I went to have a nail fill. I like my nails thick but owner said she'll make them natural and wanted to shape them differently than I wanted. It took an hour and a half having 3 different people work on them. Even though they are nice why should I have to do what they want? Also $80 which I could have paid for new nails! Sorry not going back

First time going here. Got a shellac pedicure done. The staff was friendly not over friendly or chatty. The place was modern and very clean. Prices are comparable to other local places. Good variety of polish colours and designs.

Visiting Winnipeg for a wedding from Toronto, and so I decided to give this place a try because of the ratings. I was very pleasantly surprised, as was the rest of my family who also got their nails done. They all loved it. The pedicure was amazing, and the nails turned out beautiful! Though I got nicked a few times by the machine on my fingers, it was nothing too bad. The owner even gave each of us a small design free of charge as it was a huge party of us and it was for a special occasion. If you live in the area, this place is definitely worth its hype.

My first time ever and I’m very happy with my Cat Eye and Chrome mani. Very clean nail salon. Kim was great. I will return for pedi. Highly recommend you go here.

I started going to ace of nails when they had their grand opening in may of 2018. I have gone there religiously every 3 weeks for the last year. If i had a special occasion between those 3 weeks i would go again, making it 2 times in a month. I loved this place, but recently Lan the girl who always did my nails had left. Since then the service and quality dropped. My acrylics were starting to chip off and look sloppy and my nail polish for my pedicure would chip days later. None of these were issues until my regular girl left. Today i went in for my usual 3 week appointment, i requested my acrylics be taken off as i was not happy. I was pressured to keep them on/get a different service. When they finally agreed to take them off the new woman i was passed over to was very rude. She cut me and was extremely rough. She said she was done and i was ready for my pedicure, i requested she take the rest of the Acrylic off since there was still alot. She said no it is done. I asked how long the wait would be since i had an appointment and was waiting for my dad to arrive for our pedicures. They then sat 2 other people down. So they had 4 people waiting for pedicures and 4 people working. Im extremely disappointed with how this place has changed lately. I used to recommend them to everyone but now i wouldn't even waste my time here. Very sad they turned this way.

Had 2 bad experiences here. They didn’t even know how to do a gel nail removal. Literally burnt my nails and 2 weeks later they still hurt. And took over an hour to do a removal and didn’t even do it right. Never again

Over priced compared to other nail salons when the service and products aren’t any different. The owner is rude when questioned about the difference in price and says then why do you come here go there and also laughs about it. They talk in their own language. I was quoted $70.00 for a gel fill… which seems like a rip off for a fill.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!They accepted me as a walk in. However my tech left my cuticles as is. I have big cuticles and I did not have my reading glasses with me so I didn't notice until I got home. I trusted the tech to know what she was doing and provide quality service, silly me. My nails looked like they had almost 3 weeks growth within a couple of days. I'm very disappointed. I would go back but I refuse to pay them one cent more I even tipped my tech. I'd just rather remove this trash and go to my usual salon The photo is 3 days after application. She probably left them so I go back and get them filled or replaced sooner but this had the opposite effect I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.

Been coming here for 5 months or so. They do wonderful work. Extremely friendly. Highly recommended
