I don’t usually write reviews, but my Husband and I had an upsetting experience with this dental office. Please make sure that you get a quote or make sure they tell you the complete cost of procedures before proceeding with them. I have very good dental benefits and almost all procedures are covered at 100%. My Husband needed a root canal and he was told he had to get the procedure done at this office which ended up being out of pocket almost $400. My benefits cover root canals at 100% based on the dental fee guide and we expected to pay nothing. I spoke to my benefits provider which is Manulife and they said to speak with the dental office as this is much higher than the dental fee guide outlines. I called their office and they stated that they were Specialists - this was not communicated to us initially – if we had been told this, we would have preferred to wait and get it done with a dentist that is within the fee guide. The dental offices are the experts on this and should be making sure their customers are given all the information to make an informed decision. The office receptionist was very cold and did not offer any assistance in resolving the matter. She also said she would have the dentist call us which he never did. We will not be going back to them and have learned our lesson.

Dr. Mary Tam is an expert who cares about her patients' health. She ran several tests thoroughly and clearly explained the cause of the issue. Also she returned the call when I had a question about the next steps. I'm also grateful to her thoughtful secretary Jeannette and her professional assistant Tsaring.

I have known Dr. Lenkinski for several years. He is an excellent surgeon, has always done beautiful work, and he is also a very nice person.

Better not call to them if you don't have referral and you are suffering from tooth pain , they not accept you , sent you to die from pain . I got unlucky my tooth start pain on Christmas , my dentist closed till 3rd of January and there is luck to get any referral form from my dentist . After contact with them and explain situation they simply sent you to wait with pain . Feel they don't care about people
