Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Worst service, I tried to do vacuum but I did not. I asked receptionist but he said I can’t do anything. Unfortunately his response was not helpful.

As far as car washes go this one the better ones in the area. Not always perfect but you're best bet.

I am a regular customer here, but one day an old employee in the store treated me badly.I went into the store to use the points for gas, and last time I used the point for gas was years, years ago. I didn't know the exact process. I gave him the royalty card to check if I had enough points to redeem and, if so, how much. He checked and I could use some amount. I told him the amount I want to redeem and he returned the card back. I thought it was all procedure and I was waiting for the receip or any certification paper for that. But after a while he asked me to insert the card, and I was about to do as guided, but he told me, you are trying to cheat ..." or something. I felt so insulted. This happened last year

Website shows Petro Canada car wash, but actually it's private car wash doesn't belong to Petro Canada.

Normally I spend 100 dollar for full tank of gas but this petro give me 3 quarter for 100 dollar there fuel pumps are stealing gas from customers thats how they fix the pressure of there pumps i don't recommend this petro canada for any customers thanks

The car wash does a terrible job. There is always dirt on the car - on the front nose, rear window, rear bumper, and even on the wheels. After the last time I used it, I noticed two small marks (about the width of a dime) on the bumper where the paint was scrapped off. I can only assume the car wash did it because I am very particular about the car. At $12+ a wash, this car wash is a complete rip off.

This used to be my go to Petro. I went to get a car wash today, scanned my card and I was 3/4 through the car wash when it stopped. I called the person on site and they got the system to push my car out. When they gave me another car wash to replace it (after having to ask and explain that my car was half washed), I go to scan the ticket and the system glitched, said accepted and quickly opened and closed the gate. The screen continued to say proceed when I wasn’t even on the conveyor belt. When I went in to check everything was ok the guy blamed me for messing with the system. I don’t know how I could possibly mess up the car wash when I’m literally in my car inside the car wash the first time and all I did was scan a ticket that said accepted. He said I scanned the ticket wrong but I have been getting car washes her for over 5 years and nothing like this has happened before. What a traumatizing experience, needless to say won’t ever be coming back to this location again.

Wonderful client experience every time with employee Akram. He is always friendly and makes me feel special. Akram reminds me of all the good there is out in the world.

I always goes there for car wash, it is always empty, it also have a nice store, I would say the prices of gas is a little bit more expensive than the others in the same area.

Do not go here. After I had my car wash and it came out dirtier than going in, I called the station and I was cursed at and rudely told to stop wasting their time. I always fill up my car here $150/3 days but first time using the wash. Will not be going back… STAY AWAY!!!!
