I visited Bioped after trying everything to correct my plantar fasciitis for past 4 months. Christelle has been taking care of me. She is great. I like how thorough she is while consulting the right shoes and stretches. I will be forever grateful as after getting orthotics from here I could return to my normal life activities. The plantar doesn't correct itself overnight. But having the right person assess it matters. This place is magic!Also a big shout out to their lady at reception, Veronica. She is full of life and always makes my day with jolly conversations and makes sure all is scheduled for me properly.

I have always had a great experience at BioPed Oakville. There customer service team is fantastic and quick to return phone calls and emails. I have been suffering from long standing heel pain in both feet. Friend of mine suggested Chelsea at Bioped, she made customized insoles for me which I have been using for last three years and I am very happy to say that I am pain free after using them regularly. I used other insoles in the past from other clinics but they never made any difference. Chelsea is amazing, I would highly recommend her and Bioped

I've had plantar faciitis now for a few years and have used this clinic exclusively for my orthopedic soles. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgable. They have been able to help me deal with my condition to the point where I rarely have a flair up. Soecial recognition to Chelsea who is fantastic. Highly recommend them.
