Amazing service, very professional. Jackson greeted me as I entered the shop, quickly checked the chip on my Mercedes Windshield, gave me a quote and informed me that I can use my insurance for this without paying any deductible. He did everything on the insurance side , all the coordination that was required. They fixed the glass in no time and I was out of the shop just like I would do if I had to grab a coffee from Tim Hortons! Will highly recommend them.

I had my windshield replaced and the service was seamless! I emailed all the info first to receive a quote, they got back to me the next day, 2 days later an employee contacted me informing me of a promotion if I book it before this date…amazing! So I booked it with Jackson and he took care of everything, I didn’t have to contact the insurance company at all(which is always such a hassle). I had it fixed when it was convenient for me; day of it was quick, easy and the windshield looks AMAZING! Thanks!

We had to get our windshield replaced on our VW GTI and was really impressed by our entire experience! Jackson was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful making sure we were able to schedule an appointment asap (and work with a really busy schedule on our end!) Really appreciated his dedication to customer service and the team for doing a great job on the replacement itself.

On Monday I left a poor review for this business as their customer service line assured us they were open and my husband went down there to find the place closed called again and was told to wait and she would find out where the staff was he waited an hour and no call so finally left. After leaving a negative review and contacting the company, the owner called to share his displeasure with what happened and offered to fix our window chip for free the next day. It was the most responsive communication from a small business owner I have ever had simply outstanding.

Absolutely great experience! I had my brand new Toyota windshield replaced last fall with no issues whatsoever. This time, I had a stone chip on the X5 , and the job was done quickly with quality work. Terry was very helpful with everything, including the insurance claim. Highly recommended!

Talk about a great experience from the time we called in to inquire about vehicle tinting services, to the phone calls the morning of the appointment and during the service! What an amazing job the team did on my cars window tint, it looks amazing and I’m so excited to be out driving! Will be nice to no longer drive in a fish bowl lol thanks for the fast, friendly, and beautiful service - 10/10 recommend!

Was pleasantly surprised by this service (I was a bit skeptical at first, since they do everything in your driveway). Chad did the install and was friendly and professional. Good value for price (and I do notice the acoustic glass difference which I upgraded to). Would recommend them and will definitely use their service in future!

Had a shower panel break at my sons condo . I am not from KW and did not know who to call. These guys took care of everything over the phone. Sent someone out to check the job and do an estimate. My son said the installers were very friendly and professional and went above and beyond by re caulking the entire shower for him. I would highly recommend this company.
