Big Brother Securité

Horrible after sale service! It's been over a month and they've come about 5 or 6 times and there are always problems!

We recently had Big Brother Security install security cameras; and highly commend the installers ,Sam and Francis ,with their professional work ethic and installation technique. We highly recommend Big Brother whose staff were very accomodating and courteous. Good vibes and no complaints.Update....We had a problem with connectivity of the cameras and after contacting Mr. Gabriel received a phone call from Nicola(a great service technician) who solved the problem after working hours....great, fast service.

With Big Brother’s system, the Sûreté du Quebec was able to arrest 8 guys who we’ve been looking for, for a while. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

one star is to much for these people even .i have no choice to give one star ,this people they took my money in advance and they took advantage of my honesty .of course i trust everyone this is how i ami paid almost 6000$ and end of the day i have no online cameras at all .i called them and they said itsnot their fault .so i found a mobile camera service guy in kijiji and he came and he fixed.so i advise you before doing anything with them think twice and get a detail written paper for your warranty.the best is actually not to trust them .this system worth 1500$ in total .their installation isnot guarantied .i highly highly advice you not to work them .look what happened to me .if anyone wants more information about my experience with them i gladly share with .good luck

Great service. Quick and clean setup. Got remote access to view my cameras while off site. Very happy with the product and service.
