Do not even deserve 1 star. They lost the ring I trusted them to repair and tried to convince me they did a good job when they they tried to return me a ring that clearly was not mine. It appears they have no insurance and I was barely compensated ( I got 60$ for the loss when they were charging me 80$ to fix it). I quote : when it happens we let you pick from other options in the store". Avoid this place! They can not trusted."

If it was possible to rate -5 stars, I would. Terrible, incompetent and overpriced service that clearly demonstrates a lack of care for their customers. If you want something done right, go someplace else.

A beautiful place in the Complex Desjardins shopping center. The jewelry and other items display is impressive, the prices are reasonable, and the service is good. What really caught my eye was the beautiful display.
