These guys are great! I've been screwed by uhaul so many times with them not having my rental available when I reseved it way in advance. When I was running late, these guys called me to make sure I was still coming so that my rental wouldn't be given away to someone else. they definietly seem like they actually care.

Had an an amazing experience at this dealer!! was able to get a truck booked the day before I picked it up!! very good staff polite! even found my keys in the truck the day after! will rent from them again very soon!!

Can rent a truck super fast however they never pick up the phone, have called 4 times in the last 2 days, no answer. If you need questions answered my best suggestion is just to show up.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. National uhaul was unable to provide us with our reservation even though we booked weeks in advance. David at Faithful Tire & Auto was able to help us out and provide us with a solution on a very short notice. Highly recommend!

WORST SERVICE EVER. i got charged more. when I called, he gave me 1-800 number and HANG UP on me. I called 1-800, but waited for 20 mins and no one answered. So I called back, but he said he can not help, and this is the last time he talks to me, then hang up on me. WORST SERVICE EVER.
