Went in to get my computer checked out for constant blue screening. They were able to identify the problem quickly (it was my SSD, which had died), replaced it, and ran some other tests just to be sure. Was also quite understanding of me nervously hovering around the store and playing some games on their TurboGrafX, lol. Very friendly, professional service, and to top it all off they charge reasonable rates. 10/10, would recommend if you need any sort of computer maintenance/repair, and will be visiting again if I need to in the future.

My Laptop would not power on. I took it to the closest repair shop and they told me it needed a new mother board. When I asked for a price they said about $300. They said they would need to source the part and get back to me. They did not call. I called them and they said the tech was sick. I went and picked up my laptop and called Sheila at Laptop Computers. Sheila answered the phone and she said bring it in and we will look at it. When I arrived Sheila helped me right away and quickly diagnosed a faulty charger. Joe checked the charger with a meter and confirmed it was faulty. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with a new charger for $43 . Sheila and Joe are super friendly and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY Recommend this business

Having been in computing for the past 20 years I can say that this type of shop is a dying breed and I'm glad I found them, as the service was fantastic! BUT why though.. !?! Here's why!They're simply knowledgeable, open and honest, won't rip you off and friendly to boot (see what I did there)... Oh, and fast!Seriously, you won't regret it.

Super helpful shop. I needed a display port cable and dropped in to pick it up ($18 for 6', good price). After returning home, I ran into some technical problems. I called Labtop and asked how much for them to help me troubleshoot. They asked that I bring it in. In less than 5 minutes, the problem was identified and I was sent on my way, no charge!

Friendly customer service and good price. It took them longer to clone and change my hard drive than they thought. Didn’t charge me extra than the quote they gave me. Recommend you go there with your laptop problems.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My laptop wouldn't boot because the hard drive failed. Got upgraded to solid state memory and Joe managed to back up my files from my old hard drive within a few hours. I'll be coming back to upgrade my graphics card and RAM here. Very reasonable prices and nice, friendly owners who clearly know what they're doing.

Joe is just amazing! My laptop is very very old, over the years, it has got viruses, it’s got coffee spilled on it, you name it. Yesterday the Google Chrome simply stopped working after I tried to uninstall a bunch of software. I took it to Joe’s shop, he started working on it right away. Needless to say, to fix something that old was quite tricky. In the end Joe not only fixed my computer, upgraded the OS to Windows 10, he even went above and beyond and installed office suite for me. I got my laptop back in the morning the next day! And he only charged me one hour of labour for it! Joe is gonna be my go-to guy for any computer needs for SURE! Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic company for everything computer related. We have been using them as our company go to computer repair facility for over a year now and they are fantastic to work with. Fast, efficient, polite, and affordable. Always willing and able to help with any issues and work with out remote IT technician to set everything to our company standards. Can not recommend them highly enough.

It's great that this place is just across the street. Believe me, I got better customer experience here than geek squad of Best Buy. My laptop has been working awesome fast and no freezing at all after they repaired it. Same problem happened a year prior. Went to Best Buy geek squad because I still had my subscription. After that, my laptop was still slow and installing updates of my exam software was a pain. Then it happened again. After doing research online for repair shop, I went here - Labtop . They fixed my laptop just for 2 hours at a reasonable price. My laptop performed better as if it was brand new!! Owners are awesome too. Thanks god, no more school for me now and my laptop still works great.

The most awesome service. I tried them out since they had a good review rate on google. In my opinion, they should be called computer doctors the way they diagnosed my wife’s laptop. They thoroughly checked every possible reason why it’s not turning on. I was expecting that I’ll be leaving the computer behind but they fixed it right in front of me. The laptop was also missing a screw but they gave me a replacement for it. Really awesome people. Thanks Sheila and Joe.
