I live two hours away and bought a TV for my 80 year mother here. Her TV wasn't actually broken so we decided to return. I had left town and when she got a family member to return it, they refused as it was bought on my card. Next time I was in town I tried to return, but policy dictated a store credit instead as I was outside of their 30 day return policy. Pointed out the situation and also that policy isn't actual law, however independent thought did not prevail.Disappointed because of circumstances involved.

A great big thanks to Mohsan at Pickering Town Centre The Source. He was an excellent customer service rep; He put no pressure on us. We knew what we wanted and he also sold us some great products from Bell. We’ll be trying out bell Fibe, and in a few years or maybe months we’ll try Bell cellular. Mohsan is friendly and approachable, and a great face for The Source!

Mohsan is a life saver. He helped me so much by helping me switch to bell and getting a lot more data thats faster for the same price I was paying with my other phone company. I also received a discount at the store. And I would recommend anyone to come in and talk to him because he’s really helpful and polite!

Very thorough and friendly service; helped me to upgrade my service and save some money. Thank you for the help Mohshan!Edit: wondering if I should lower my rating cos I was told everything should be fine in my phone after upgrading, but now I don't have access to anything cos all my accounts connected with my 2fA authenticator are gone and have no idea how to get them back..
