Best place ever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have a gym membership but it was not working. Unified Training Centre has everything I needed, meal plans, classes, coaching, knowledgable staff to help you get the job done. Results will show!!!!!

I've been to other gyms and never really achieved the results I was looking for. Then I joined Unified Training Centre. From the moment I walked into Unified, had my consultation, saw the facilities and looked around I immediately knew I made the right choice. Brendon and his professional staff made feel at home and assured me if I stick to the tailored plan they provided me I would achieve the results and goals I was looking for.Unified sets the bar for all gyms. They use high tech equipment, science and nutrition along with highly experienced top tier trainers and coaches to guide you every step of the way.I started feeling and seeing a difference in my body transformation almost immediately. The community at Unified is like no other gym in the area! I walked into the gym this evening after a 2 month break for surgery and it was so amazing to be welcomed back not only by staff, but other members as well!! The coaches and members are so encouraging and supportive. They are able to adapt and modify exercises to meet your fitness level and physical limitations! They are so skillful! I will never return to a traditional gym!

Love this place! The workouts are always different and unique. Coaches look for new and innovative ways to push us in our work outs. I appreciate that they will also accommodate and show you modifications if you're new to working out, hurt or injured. The challenges are great, If you like accountability this is the place for you. I once hadn't been to the gym because I was sick and they reach out to check on you.

This is the best gym I've ever been to. Super friendly staff and members! I am almost 4 weeks into the 6 week body transformation challenge I've had really amazing results! I love that it's all done in groups. I find it super encouraging. Sarah has been an amazing coach. She's very friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked into Unified one day , not feeling great about myself with no intention of joining a gym that day. I spent 1/2 an hour talking to Brendon and that is all it took to get me excited about this gym If Unified can deliver on the things Brendon promised , then I am in.Well boy did this gym deliver, accountability , support, guidance, nutrition and a sense of belonging to something really great! Not only are the staff there to motivate you, the patrons are every bit as encouraging as the staff. Everyone there shares an enthusiasm that is contagious.I train with Oliver 3 times a week and he is great at getting the best out of me .(don't get any ideas, he is mine 3 mornings a week)Joining unified is not like joining a regular gym, you are connecting with a community of people who look out for each other. If you are looking for more than just a gym, then you need to look at Unified Training Center. I have been a member for just over a year now. I have done a couple of weight loss challenges. It's as simple as following the guidelines they provide and showing up to the gym to exercise, it WORKS!!! Unified offers tons of support and information through the staff and the members. I have made tons of friends there. Unified is a team and a community. It doesn't matter what your current fitness level is or where you would like to take it, Unified will help make a plan for you!!!!

Sometimes something is so good you want to shout it from the rooftops so everybody can hear about it. Alas, I can't get on my roof so a stellar Google review will have to suffice.I'm doing a 9 week body transformation program and I'm just passed halfway. I'm getting results! I've lost some weight, yes, but more importantly, I've gained muscle and learned how to eat again. 5 weeks in and my body is noticeably changing. My mood and energy levels have improved as well. It makes me very happy to see such a significant return on my investment. It's worth every penny.I can't say enough about this place. The staff is excellent. The first person I met when I came in for a consultation was the owner, Brendon. He's super friendly, knowledgeable, and he really stands behind his gym. He clearly outlined the pay structure and programs available. There was nothing here but a desire to guide me and help me get where I want to be. I didn't tell him this, but he had me at welcome".
