Franschesca was our realtor for the sale of my late brother-in-law's townhouse in Toronto. The home's interior required a lot of work. Franchesca was incredible. She kept us on a timeline for getting the place ready for sale. She helped us with sourcing items we needed for the home. We have bought and sold several homes across the country. Franchesca, by far, was the best realtor we have had. She truly went above and beyond to assist us to get the house ready for sale and sold. We will happily have her sell our current home when we are ready.

I wanted a house that is within safe walking distance to a dual system elementary school, near supermarkets with diverse groceries under one roof, a 2 car-garage, and at least 3 bedrooms. A kitchen that ....My spouse wanted to be near a major GO station, a nice backyard ....Basically, we had a lot of must haves and would like to have, and Franchesca was patient and thorough. She helped us find our home!
