I like the food of mirchi dhabba. The quantity is good and the rotis are excellent. The only issue is service. This is not a new issue but it is consistent from years. It takes 50min-1:30hrs to collect tiffin. Sometimes you have to leave the queues to run to your work. This restaurant has a potential to be number one. But because of the worse service and too much time consuming it is lacking. The restaurant is facing roti shortage every time. I mean, What the owner plans for the growth of this restaurant if he can't resolve a little issue of rotis. So owner you know that it is going to busy every working days you should keep the roti ready estimated or average basis. Or you can hire more. there are so many who r looking for work. Nobody wants to waste their time in the queues. So please think a little real and which can help customers. Please time to reduce time and provide better service. and don't give first preferences to online order orders. we r human too we want to save our time too.

I got very thick thread in the aloo kulcha. Even i waited more than half an hour for my order. He told me to wait just 10-15 minutes but still i m getting this quality of food. Was not expecting this.

The best Indian food in Scarborough. must try their, Samosa chaat and matar paneer just loved it. Normal samosa and pakoras are great too.

This place is a big no for tiffin guys. I went today with my friend and they took 1 hour to give the tiffin, like seriously !!!!!! The lady working here in the morning will ignore you for the first 30mins like she didn’t see you. They complete the uber and walkin orders first, no matter if you come earlier. You can see people coming after you and going before … They should work on hiring more people for tiffin packing especially when they have this much tiffins. Their food is good but service is 0. They really need to improve their service as we have other work also.

I wish I could give half star or quarter star but thanks to Google this restaurant got one star from me.Tables were not cleaned at all. And then comes the food which i think was made by only vinegar to preserve it for longer time which ruins the taste and make it extremely tangy and sour.I don't want to go there again in future and not recommend others as well.however, if you like vinegar taste then you should visit this place.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I picked up a curry and some naan and guess what? There was an insect ( looked like a roach) in the curry. Since it was really late on that day, the other day I went to speak to the manager. They were unapologetic at first. Asked me if I wanted a fresh curry to be made for me. But I would never trust that place again. Requesting all of you’ll to stay away. Hygiene and cleanliness is not maintained at this place at all. They could’ve compensated me better. Anyway, check the pictures to understand better.

I went there. There was a promotion given that if you post a review we will give $5 off. When I did she mentioned oh it’s only if your order is more than $30 and on next order. It was written no where. So false ad!!!! That’s why I changed my review

For tiffin service..A BIG NO.. from last three days, I need to wait 50-55 just to get tiffin and that is also for I called in advance like 1 hour ago that I am going to pick up my tiffin. Employess are only giving prority to Uber/ skip and walk-in order. Doesn't matter who came first.For the management, you should respect the time of people giving advance for tiffin service, we are not free to wait 45 min just to get tiffin. This is like you got advance payment so you do not care about tiffin.
