Convenient location and good prices. Passport photo was $14.99- the cheapest in Oakville. Nice girl at the desk. She was quick and efficient. I’d recommend here for your passport photos.

The girl at this store was super rude. Photo had reflection and she was the rudest person. She didn’t even try to appease that the photo was a complete mess. The least she can do is be nice to a customer. But no she was very very rude. Don’t go into this store.

The UPS store is what you're looking for. You literally stand next to a pile of boxes inside the UPS store and have your picture taken against a back light! The print quality is quite poor unfortunately but gets the job done. Not really great value for money, but again, just gets the job done.

I regretted I went to this store for ID photos. The UPS/pro passport photo staff don't listen to customer's explanation. They refused to retake ID photos for the previous ones that were rejected by the gov office because it costs extra money for them to retake". They pretend they know the government's photo instructions

I dont know why they advertise as PRO PASSPORT photos because I've never encountered someone who didn't want to take a passport photo more in my life. He was cold, quite frankly rude and sent me to ZOOM IN photo to take my 8 month old Son's passport photo because his mouth wouldn't close. The vibe/energy of the staff there was really really rude. Someone was behind me too having a photo taken of their baby girl and they left after too. False advertising. Should NOT say PRO PASSPORT. Do not bring your children here. Waste of your time.
