Andrew was an amazingly knowledgeable salesperson who made arrangements to have a private & socially-distanced visit to the manufacturer. Upon fulfillment of my order, staff arranged for me to pick up and pay. All staff were extremely helpful and most efficient in the back-office.I was sure to refer Harkel to colleagues at work that led to further purchases.
