I rarely write reviews but future clientele should be made aware of what to expect from this dealership. I purchased my c43 back in 2021, at the time the sales and service department provided great customer service and for that reason I would go through the trouble of driving over an hour to get my services done by them. These last 6 - 9 months however have been the complete opposite experience .- trying to get a hold of my service advisor became impossible. If you called 4-5 times maybe then someone would answer the call just to be forwarded to my advisors voicemail, with no call back afterwards.- trying to get an appointment is now months of waiting, especially if you need a loaner- service staff does not give accurate timeline of how long it’ll take to get your car back. When booking my service appointment I was informed that my car would need to stay in the shop overnight and I would get it back the next day. Comes the day I come to drop off my car (Friday)I’m informed that due to the long weekend the car would remain with them till Tuesday. I should’ve been informed of this prior to booking my appointment as I can’t leave my car for that long of a period. Due to this I had to settle for a partial service and was booked for another appointment in August without my confirmation of date and time to get the remained of the work done. They have no consideration or respect for your time and have no problem wasting it.Honestly I’ve had so many other issues with this department lately, with lots of lack of communication and bad customer service. They either need more staff if they can’t handle the customer volume or need to reevaluate their current staff cause its ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and go to another dealership where they value your business. I personally will be going to london moving forward for services and purchasing future vehicles.Also, I forgot to mention that if you buy a prepaid service package they will not inform you that the package has an expiration date so if you do not get all your services within the time period you will not get what you paid for. I find it funny how my service advisor failed to mention that important piece of information. I just found out this information recently when I was inquiring how many services I had left while picking up my car. Luckily I had gotten my last pre-paid service the same month it expired.

Probably the best MB dealer in the GTA! I have taken my c300 to various Mercedes-Benz locations for servicing and whatnot and this location had to have been the best experience. Kan was incredible with keeping me posted regarding my vehicle and with also advising important details about my car that I hadn't known before. The entire process from drop off to pick up was a great experience & I may be considering taking my car here from now on for servicing!

I leased a GLA 250 from this dealership in 2019. Samy was amazing…. He went over and above to get me the limited edition colour: Denim, from the other side of Ontario!!!Over the past four years, this dealership has been proactively calling me to schedule maintenance and to ensure that any issues were addressed in a timely manner. Bosko personally kept me informed and abreast of any services required and updates of progress.I recently decided to purchase the lease and had some questions/concerns. Wade Pedersen, General Manager, took the time to have a call with me to address those concerns and I am now the happy owner of my Mercedes!!Excellent service! Thanks Samy, Wade and Bosko!

I can’t recommend this dealership and it’s staff enough! I had an amazing experience leasing my new car. Dennis Huynh was the salesman that helped me out with this purchase. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and met all my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from signing to delivery.
