Worst customer service I have EVER seen! Extremely rude ladies. Whenever I have been here they have lacked customer service….not willing to help, or making rude comments. Today, they cared more about chatting with one another and gossiping about others. I stood at the till in front of two employees to not be acknowledged while they continued to talk to each other about personal things. When she did start to process my order she continued to talk and handed me the bag once I paid…. Which I had to look at the machine myself to see it was ready for payment since she didn’t mention it… I guess chatting is more important than providing good customer service these days! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give this zero stars I would!

I have been shopping this location over 10 yrs. I never seen any employee working that hard like Sukki. She always helps me beyond and other customers. One of the best employee. There is another girl name Simran also really good. Keep the good work girls.

Hands down the most welcoming cosmoProf I have been too! Been in there on week days and weekends, Christina has always been an amazing help and very bubbly personality. I needed a product that they did not have in stock so I reached out to Managment and Shannon went above and beyond to get me the product ordered in and in a timely fashion! 100% recommend

2days before i bought curler from here and i visit home i chek was no working was not getting warm and i came back here and told to the lady her name is SHANNON she’s manager over here .the way she was talking very very very disrespectful even i didn’t complete my sentence she walk out. and keep listening her personal phone. again. i try to call her same she just walk away in room. i was waiting that she would come back. after long time she came back and showing very rude face. I don’t know how she could a manager over here because she don’t have knowledge that how to deal the customers. i was shocked that she said i can’t exchange my curler. i did show her again on my hair it was soooo insulting for me and embarrassing and she did the same walk out in between and then one nice girl came her name is harpinder she helped me .

I have been shopping this location about 10 yrs now. Since last year I have seen lots of change in the store . Customer service is great. They always ask what our needs they always try their best to find the suitable products for us. I really like Harpinder,Samar and Suki. They are very friendly, always inform me about all the sales going on.

This location is the absolute worst, I waited in my car for almost 50 min for curb side pick up when I could clearly see my fully paid for order sitting behind the counter. This has gone so downhill since the new management took over. I do my best to not shop here anymore but sometimes I have no choice. This location needs a serious overhaul and some staffing changes. I would love for this to be a place I can shop at with them making me feel like I’m inconveniencing them.

Customer service has been terrible since change in management. They never have enough product in store and very rude if u ask when they will have the products. Prices r very high compared to other supply stores. Not worth shopping at this location anymore.

I had a very disappointing experience with cosmos pro's customer service. The lady I spoke with was RUDE, unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the problem and ask for assistance, she seemed more interested in rushing me off than actually helping me.I found the whole experience to be frustrating and demoralizing, and I would not recommend it to anyone based on my interactions with their customer service team.WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!!

Very friendly and helpful staff .. Suki is very nice ..she explained very well about any upcoming education classes and promotions.. she helps all the time ..THANKS SUKI!
