He came to our office and listen to our concerns; we got a computer from another company because they cannot resolve the administrator password issue.This was however no hurdle for hurdle for Valter as he sat down with the computer and resolve the issue in just a few minutes while the company’s IT guy was unable to economically resolve the issue. I recently had Valter from Cat Digital Solutions come by to look at some of the technical problems I was facing in my office and homeWe were experiencing difficulties with the wireless and router connections. We have up to six devices operating at home at the same time. I was also having problems with my back up systems for my business lap top. The wireless printer was also not working. My son was having trouble with his x-box and experiencing interruptions with signals and lagging.So we made an appointment with Valter. He arrived on time and got right to work. Valter recommended an Apple Airport Time Capsule as a solution to weak and interrupted signals as well as a back up storage for my business lap top and for my wife’s pc. Valter hooked the new equipment up, tweaked the xbox and printer, and had everything operational in approximately 15 minutes. Numerous electronic headaches got resolved very quickly. It was some of the best value I think I’ve ever had. I recommend Valter without hesitation.
