I had the best experience during my recovery at this location. Having plateaued at my previous physio therapist, not really showing any signs of change, I was referred to Altum. Taylor was the best and never pushed me to do more than I couldn't handle but also enough that I made it through to the other side. Thanks a ton!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to the team at Altum Health in Scarborough. I worked them over a period of a few months to help with the rehab after shoulder replacement surgery. I'm much better now thanks to them. In particular I want to thank Joseph for his good work. He's patient and kind. Altum Health Scarborough is the best facility to receive treatments from any injury. I have been under their care for the past 6 months for a work related injury that was not healing. I am very thankful for being administered an awesome treatment plan, and for the tremendous amount of care from everyone that I have been in contact with. The friendly front desk representatives Sue and Gabby, are enthusiastic and understanding both in person and over the phone with concerns and scheduling appointments. You will be greeted with a warm welcome every visit.I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Taylor May, Kinesiologist, for the exceptional healing treatment plan and genuine positive energy. You are a driving force and an asset to Altum Health. I also want to extend my gratitude to Dr. Cheung, for identifying my key concerns related to my injury and for the rehabilitation assistance. The rest of the team, included but not limited to Richa and Tanya, are supportive and have made this experience a wholesome one.

Due to a work related injury I was referred to Altum Health Scarborough, for physio therapy to aid in the recovery of a dislocated right shoulder. I initially worked with Joe and Taylor then for the second part of my treatment, I worked with Joyce and Tanya. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I've had 4 sessions at this facility as follow-up to recent hip replacement surgery and I found all the staff to be friendly, welcoming, encouraging, knowledgeable, and very professional.
