Hi today I had an appointment with Christian today for my gic activation , He helped Mee very well to undergo the whole process & also he was very polite & gentle with me even I did not make it on time at the branch.

I wanted to open a new account and happened to meet Christian. He was an amazing person and really went above and beyond to help my situation get sorted. Definitely recommended!!

From my experience the Cibc customer service is very good, especially Christian who helped me to get all the details. He is very supportive and it’s a very fast process in Cibc bank. I didn’t need to wait for hours or days. It was very simple in Cibc.

He assisted me in opening my cibc account and was very quick with his work as he seems to be matured and excell in his field and he helped me with activating my debit card and shared all information related to my account. I went to Mr. Christian Odum to get my CIBC account opened!He was very proactive and amazing during the entire process.My appointment was at 12 PM, but I had come early at 1130, but either way Mr. Odum had taken me in for the appointment, this shows his great customer service and proactiveness to help customers!!
