I drove all the way from Quebec, online said they close at 10 pm but the shop is closed at 8pm.

I have been shopping here exclusively since they opened, up until recently I had nothing but great things to say. Staff are cool, prices good, quality good. But I bought smokes last time and half of the smokes fell apart, so I brought in 4 full cartons of smokes that the filters fell off of and was belittled by the owner who had the nerve to tell a loyal long time customer that I was a liar and never bought them there. So needless to say due to the owner himself I would recommend avoiding this store at all cost, or don't ever complain because he has no people skills and will make you want to rip his head off. To turn a loyal customer to an enemy over $40 is pathetic. The saying customers are always right goes way over his head as he doesn't believe customers are right.
